About the owner: Retired state of Connecticut State employee presently working as part time real estate professional. Married with three grown up children, and two grandchildren in Sweden. One son still in college in Boston, the other working in the financial field.
Why the Owner Chose Tequesta:
I thought it would be a great spot for a nice getaway for the entire family, living in colder parts of the world (Sweden, Detroit, New England). When not renting during off season we also leave it open for family and friends to enjoy.

The sunny warm weather, the beautiful beaches in Jupiter and Juno with the green blue waters. As well as the luxury of being able to walk to so many restaurants, cafes, beaches, and nearby walking trails and marinas.
My favorite thing is to enjoy a cup of coffee by the pool side reading the newspaper.
