415 is a collection of 5 individual and completely separate units built into one of the original Fowler Homes (Circa 1870). They are typically used as executive rentals, extended stays, during home construction and renovations and during the miserable winters of the north for respite seekers - FYI Wilmington City does not own a salt truck or snow plow!

Our 1br historic condos are located in the Historic Fowler house on one of the best blocks in Wilmington. If you are coming to downtown to be downtown and enjoy dinner, theater, shopping and a cocktail then our historic condos may be the perfect fit. The property shows 21 N Front St. but that is for a loft that we own but the photos and all info is for 415 S Front. Unfortunately, VRBO has never updated the info.
We have taken special care to make our homes and eclectic oasis in the middle of downtown. Furnished with antiques, mid century items, original paintings, and general oddities - we think it will be hard not to love and the location, the porches and the neighbors are all superb.
A quick bit about the building. The Fowler family built their original home in the 1800 and followed with two other homes next door in the 1870's and 1880's. The property was used as a boarding house and eventually converted to 5 separate condos in the 1980's. It is a resurrected mainstay in our downtown community. The building sits on Front St. and is near everything but just far enough to quiet and residential.
We had the first vacation rental in the Historic District over a decade ago and we now have 21 in total. They are all our homes and we try to do a great job of making sure you have everything you need during your stay and that your lodging is unique and always a great location. We will help with any and all questions you may have about the location, the town and things to do.
All of our units have a coffee maker and coffee, hairdryer, soaps, shampoos, Linens, etc.
Stays of 3 nights or less will include a 85 dollar cleaning split and per city regulations, stays less than a week require us to block off 7 nights for the rental.
