  Perfect Condo! Clean ,quiet,close to resturants,shops,skiing. Just the perfect spot with spectacular views of the mountains.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, well laid out, quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. The view from the front windows is beautiful. Faith, the owner, was very pleasant to work with as well. We will definitely stay here again!

  My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and clean condo. The views from the balcony are amazing and we enjoyed tea and coffee every morning while gazing out at the mountains. The location is very quiet, yet very close to the bustle of North Conway. There are relatively short drives to Mt Washington auto road, hikes along the Kancamangus Highway, and exploring the very scenic Franconia Notch. The only fault we could find was that our schedule did not allow us to spend more time. Faith takes pride in ownership and providing her guests with accomodations that enhance the White Mountains experience, and she is a pleasure to deal with.

  We stayed for a week in this lovely condo. It was clean and comfortable and the views were amazing! The center of North Conway is a 10 minute walk but you feel so far away from it. Faith was so easy to work with and we would highly recommend this place.

  My wife and I spent a most enjoyable week in North Conway at this condo property. The unit which is located on the top floor was spacious, bright and clean and is located only a few minutes from shopping, dining(try "Horsefeathers") or browsing the many interesting shops. The whole complex seemed very quiet and often we were the only people at the pool. The unit was well stocked with everything except toilet paper and tissues. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with our snacks either reading or just soaking up the great mountain views (shown in the listing photographs) As we happened to be there during a particularly hot and humid period , the various air conditioning units got a good workout and proved satisfactory. As a runner I found a number of interesting roads and trails around the property all of which were quiet with little traffic. We were pleased with our e-mail dealings with the helpful owner and a nice touch was a welcome card upon our arrival. We would confidently recommend this property to others and we are planning a return trip ourselves in the next couple of years.

  Owner response: I'm so glad your stay was enjoyable and that you were able to check out some of the highlights (inc. the popular "Horsefeathers"). The mixture of quietness at the condo with the convenience of the village only a mile away I do find a relaxing combination. The lack of tissues and toilet paper was an oversight for which I am truly sorry. They are normally supplied but I guess my mental checklist proved insufficient and I will plan accordingly. I do hope you'll try us again.

  We have stayed at this complex several times over the years and this was by far the nicest and cleanest unit we've been in. The views are incredible and the A/C is an added bonus. You are close enough to everything yet you are set back far enough from the main road so as to enjoy the quietness. Faith was excellent to deal with and the place was much more than we expected. We will definitely be back.

  My family and I were looking for a place to stay that was comfortable for my husband and I, our 2 year old twin daughters, my sister, and my parents. This property was that and so much more. Renting a condo instead of a hotel allowed us the flexibility of having meals in rather than eating out every meal. Everyone had their own space and with two bathrooms no one was left waiting. The condo's location is perfect - close to Storyland, Santa's Village, shopping, and restaurants and very easy to find. The listing for the property was right on. The condo was in excellant condition and very clean upon our arrival. It was also a plus having the pool available to use at the end of the day to cool down. Faith was fabulous to work with and made the entire process easy. She answered all of our questions and ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Our family is looking forward to next year's visit! We have also recommended the location to some family friends for their annual visit to the area.

  My husband, two daughters (ages 6 and 7) and I have been coming up to North Conway for five summers now. (We’ve stayed at Stonehurst Manor, houses within walking distance to Echo Lake, and one of the smallest condos at Attitash.) I found this home to be very clean, comfortable and spacious. It has plenty of natural light and windows that open up for fresh air and tremendous views of the mountains to name a few perks. One review mentions lack of a/c. However, there is now a/c in the family room area, as well as the master bedroom and kitchen. However, we were comfortable just using the ceiling fans available in the family room and bedrooms. There was plenty of space for our things. I especially liked the two large coat hooks and bench in the foyer to help keep us organized. The layout of the home is fantastic. The area where the futons are would accommodate a few extra guests you may have visiting. The décor is simple and relaxing. Like other reviewers mentioned – there are some great hikes just outside the door or down the street, the location is excellent and the property (including the pool and grounds) is well maintained. It’s obvious that Faith takes pride in her home and wants others to enjoy it as much as she has. We look forward to many more trips!

• Great Condo

  We stayed with our 3 and 5 year old boys and it was the perfect setup. They had their own bathroom and bedroom, plenty of lounge space, all the accessories we needed. The views are spectacular, you just see trees and mountains and nothing else. The only thing I would say is that if the weather is really hot, it would probably get hot in there despite the AC in the kitchen, I'm not sure it can cool that area well and the second bedroom doesn't have one. There are fans in the bedrooms and living room to alleviate some of that. We were 2 minutes to North Conway village and 10 minutes to Storyland, but not on the main drag so it was nice and quiet. Overall we loved it and will come back when we want to visit that area again, great price and great quiet/scenic location.

  I took my wife and another couple up here for the Memorial Day weekend. The condo was much larger than I expected and in great shape. Perfect location...just far enough away from the strip. The owner is very accommodating and easy to deal with. The neighbors were pretty cool as well. I will definitely stay here again when the opportunity arises.
