  This home was perfect for our family of 6. It is coveniently located to the north Tahoe ski resorts, fairly priced, and everything was as advertised. Jeff the owner was very attentive, and we would certainly recommend this home.

  Our family spent Christmas 2012 in this beautiful home and had the best holiday we could possibly have. The house is very spacious and gave my husband and I and our grown children plenty of room to stretch out and find moments of privacy. The kitchen is very well appointed with enough dishes to serve a family of 10 - 12 easily. During our stay we had great snow and loved the convenience of Diamond Peak. While we could also get to other slopes in short order, we just kept returning to Diamond because it was so close to the house and provided all of the entertainment we needed. After skiing, we played many games of ping pong at the house. Jeff is very easy to work with and we felt like we could contact him if we needed anything.

  We stayed at the property over labor day weekend and really enjoyed it. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the lowest level with larger TV and ping pong table was a hit with the teenagers. The views are beautiful and we spent most of our time outside on the upper deck. The owner Jeff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

  This summer (2012) we spent an absolutely splendid week at the Treehouse, which I unreservedly recommend for any family (or two) seeking comfortable, convenient, and truly beautiful accomodations on Lake Tahoe's north shore. The photos do not lie: the Treehouse boasts spacious rooms (and decks), a great location, unobstructed views of the Lake, tasteful furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen. From the linens to the beach chairs/toys, it is turn-key. A bonus (for us) is the community pool, just a short walk from the house and a warmer swimming alternative to the Lake for the kiddies. Another big plus is access to Incline Village's private beaches, which are crowded in August but much less chaotic than Sand Harbor. We're a youngish, active family, so the long walkway from the parking lot to the front door didn't bother us, nor did the house's stair-intensive layout; however, those features could possibly present challenges to elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. (We decided against inviting a friend from Reno who has MS based on the walkway and stairs). We will definitely visit the Treehouse again. In fact, we have already reserved it for two weeks next summer!

  We recently spent a weekend at the Treehouse. Nice place in a great location. We especially liked the large common areas and decks. The kitchen is up to date and fully equipped, the basement with ping-pong table is a great space, and the living room has plenty of space for a larger group. We also appreciated the owner Jeff who made the whole process seamless while being very helpful. It's a great place to rent for two families. The only knock I can say is that the bedrooms other than the master are on the smaller size.... but all in all a great place.

  We spent the 4th of July week at the Treehouse and had a wonderful time! We had extended family as well as close friends with us and the house worked perfectly for bringing people together and yet also affording private space when desired. Our two girls loved the multi-level set up (each day they found a new place to play), and really enjoyed the puzzles and games. The house was very clean upon our arrival. We also really appreciated and enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen -- we ended up doing a lot of cooking, and we had all of the implements we needed. The pool was nice and not crowded when we went. We were able to see fireworks from the deck, which was great. The owners were a pleasure to work with.

  We loved this cabin! The layout, size, and location was perfect for our group. The kids could hang out and play ping pong on the lowest level while the adults visited on the top floor. We spent most of the time enjoying the fresh air and view from the top deck. The open layout of the top floor was great and the kitchen was great...I wish I had that kitchen in my house. The owner was great to work with and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and again. Thanks for an awesome week.

RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is NOT allowed 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. Pets are NOT allowed at any time 7. Parking: PARKING – Please feel free to park next to the stairs at the property for loading and unloading only. Parking areas are clearly marked on Lucerne Way. Generally, the closest parking spaces are found in front of 1106-1110 Lucerne Way. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Fireplace: The fireplace is a wood-burning fireplace. If utilizing the fireplace, please remember to open the flu prior to use and close the flu prior to vacating the property. 10. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
