Ocean Villas is a high end 11 story condominium that is the perfect blend of privacy, convenience, comfort and unrivaled opulence anywhere on the beach. The building is in the prestigious city of Daytona Beach Shores located in the heart of the Daytona Beach resort area. Close to everything but without the traffic and noise.
This innovative floor plan opens immediately to views through the floor to ceiling windows. The deep, curved balcony with glass railings affords multiple seating plus sunbathing and dining that includes gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Extra large washer and dryer are in a separate room. Back door access allows entry when coming in wet from beach or pool.

Continue with a workout in state of the art gym with a floor to ceiling glass window view of beach, a walk along the white sands, lounging by the pool on the lovely landscaped sun deck or on the outdoor cushioned couches and chairs under the pergola. Choose to cook outside on the grill and summer kitchen on the balcony. Eat by candlelight to the pinks in the sky from sunset while watching the moon coming up over the ocean or observing the last boat rushing home from the inlet.

About the owner: We were fortunate to retire early and now spend half our time in Winter Park, FL and the rest of time at beach and traveling. We are very active with lots of interests. At the beach we enjoy biking, boating, tennis, NASCAR, great restaurants, concerts and friends.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Villas:
I am a 3rd generation born and raised in Orlando and have been coming to Daytona Beach my entire life. After having our boat here for years it made sense to choose a 2nd home here also. Door to door is 1 hr. from our Winter Park home. We secifically choose Daytona Beach Shores for its upscale quietness - all the amentities wthout the noise and traffic. Ocean Villas included everything on our long list of must haves.
Close to I-95 and I-4 makes other fun destinations easy. We can be in St. Augustine in a little over an hour. Boating is a prioity for us and being close to Ponce Inlet to gain acess to Ocean is important. We also love exploring the little creeks and small rivers off the Intracoastal and Halifax and Indian River.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The uniqueness of Ocean Villas is what sets it totally apart from anything beach side from Jacksonville south. Gas fireplace, outside california kitchen with grill, gormet kitchen, state of the art exerise room with stunning views and spa and sauna. Walking on quiet beach and biking to inlet and tennis courts close by are a few of activities that we enjoy while here. We love that the quintenssential Beach/intracoatal bars with quaint views and typical seaside food are within walking distance. New and innovative chefs and resturants have opened with a real flair for great food and opulence if desired. The residents in this building live here mostly full time or part time. There is a strict rental agreement and you will not find people coming and going on a weekly or even monthly basis. Sitting on our large, very private balcony with long views of ocean and intracoastal round out our unique unit. Perfect for sunbathing, reading and entertaininng, it adds another living space to relax and enjoy.
