  The location is superb. Right next to Dollywood, off the Pigeon Forge Parkway and next to the spur to Gatlinburg. My son loved the Lazy River and the Game Room! The condo itself offers some nice amenities; a fully tiled bath, nice towels, granite tops in kitchen and bath, a fireplace. The furniture is a bit worn but perfectly acceptable. My only suggestion would be that more pictures of the interior of the condo be posted. This is a small, 1 BR condo that wouldn't accommodate four people very comfortably. We were two adults, one child and it was tight. The one bath is in the back of the bedroom so the third and fourth person would be constantly coming in and out of the bedroom to use it. The living/kitchen area is very small too, with only one couch used for sitting. Once the sofa sleeper is put up, the entire room is full. Also, the tub/shower are one unit. It's not easy to get in or out of because of the high and deep, tiled edge surrounding the tub. This condo accommodates two people perfectly but perhaps not for the elderly.

  My husband, young daughter, and I booked with Tish for a pleasant get away. Booking our stay was extremely simple! The condo is everything and more. It was very clean and easily accessible even with an 18 month old. Furniture was comfortable as well. Our little girl loved the play yard and the river that runs in front of the resort. I would like to give a special thanks to Tish for a fantastic price and for being such a generous person to share her condo with us. We hope to book with her again.

  The Condo was very nice! We drove all around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this was probably one of, if not thee nicest condo complex in the area. There were some other nice ones but they didn't have the good location like Riverstone. Me and my wife had a wonderful 1st year anniversary while staying here. Everything was nice and neat, well kept and clean. We enjoyed using the fireplace at night while we watched a movie on the flat-screen plasma TV. There was another TV in the bedroom which reminded me alot of my TV I had back years ago in college which we used every night to put us to sleep. There was a nice balcony view that overlooked the grounds and some of the parkway strip and the river. There was a back road that led us directly to our favorite restaurant Old Mill. For those wondering, "well why not 5 stars". I must say, it was very close. We looked forward to the whirlpool tub in the condo but was drawn back due to the filter not looking up to par/clean. We also were not given a key card for the pool or exercise room. Something that I'm sure could have been taken care of if we contacted Tish but was not that important once we got involved with all the other things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg had to offer. (Very minor) I believe honesty is the key to reviews for future customers. I hope this review leads more customers to choose this condo. Other than that, it was pretty much perfect, and we would definitely come back and stay again in the future! Thanks Tish!

  Went down for a couple days with my husband and 2yr old daughter..I am very paticular and this place was great !! It was very close to everything and Tish was great to deal with. The condo was very clean and my daughter(and us too) really enjoyed the indoor pool complex seeing as it rained the majority of our trip!! The game room is nice and the outdoor lazy river is beautiful (wish it had been pretty enough to get to use it . The kitchen was small but had just about everthing we needed (could use a few more cups and bowls). Overall we were really pleased with this place and would definately recommend it to others. Thank You Tish for allowing us to use your beautiful place !!

  Thanks Tish and Travis for allowing us to enjoy your condo this week. It was perfect for me and my elderly mom and thank you for allowing me to bring my small Dachshund Abbey. Your condo is exceptional! Clean, nicely decorated, the only complaint that my mom had was there was no ottoman or coffee table to prop feet up on but other than that, we had a blast and will definitely stay with you again. Thanks again for everything.

  Just spent five day of the most restful vacation ever. I can only suggest we will surely return for more R & R. The condo was much more than we expected. The condo was extra clean and provided all the needed items. The location was great near shopping & nice places to dine. We were also over pleased to take our small dog along. Working with Trish on making our arrangements was such a postive experience and no stress at all. The Rawlings from London, Kentucky.

  We enjoyed our 2nd stay at Tish's condo, it is the perfect size for our little family.We love knowing a great place to stay for a great price still exists. We look forward to staying in this condo again in june/july and dec again in 2013.
