  Sorry this is a late review but I had to say how great this place is! I stayed here with 3 of my friends to enjoy a relaxing summer weekend at the Lake last summer. What a gem! We didn't know what to expect or where exactly this house was located, but when we got there we were very pleased with the accommodations! We actually got lost at first and the owner was very easy to communicate with and helped us find our way. The house is located in a quiet area on a peaceful cove. It is really nice that the bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen and living room are downstairs. The master bedroom opens to the porch upstairs, and all rooms have lake views--beautiful. We spent a lot of time here cooking and hanging out-- this property is a perfect place for that. The downstairs part was especially nicely decorated and renovated. The house also has a dock which we used for swimming and rafting. We used the grill every night to cook and had a blast. The house is a bit a ways from the main action of the Lake, but for the price and property itself you can't beat it. We actually liked going out at night and coming back to our great home. I hope we can return soon!

  My family & I stayed there for a week it was a GREAT place to stay. My girls age 3 & 9 loved the way the ducks would come up to get feed everyday, they also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The boat lift is nice also, to keep the boat from getting beat up, by the waves. The boat ramp is great, right next door to the house. The house is very close to lots of lake spots, Ha-Ha Tonka State park is 5 min away, by water & about the same by car. This is the quiet side of "the Lake", water was smooth most of the time for a boat ride, it got busy on Friday & Saturday of our stay, but that is normal. Also close to Town, if you need to run to get groceries. The house is set up very nice, also, bedrooms are pretty large. Large deck and patio are great to relax and watch the sunrise or sunset. We will be back next year, to stay again.!.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  My family and I just got back from a great stay at this vacation rental. The house is in good shape, clean and in a really nice location. We loved swimming and fishing off the dock. It was nice and private, but close enough to town that we could easily make a quick trip if we needed something. I highly recommend it!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

There is a $100-$150 cleaning fee depending on how many people there are, $100 deposit which refunded after stay, we have to have this so that certain things are done after stay like the dishes, and insurance from $49-$89 depending on length of stay.

Cancellation policy:

In the event that a pet, smoking or we are called due to noise or any other disturbance the Landlord/owner shall have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately with no refund of monies paid. I (we) hereby agree to vacate rented premises no later than the date shown above and to return the keys immediately to the owner. Before vacating, I (we) agree maintain the property in the same condition in which it was found. Reasonable wear and tear accepted. I (we) agree to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur. LANDLORD/OWNER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF TENANTS PERSONAL PROPERTY. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to weather) when deposit has been received. NOTE: AIR CONDITIONING AND APPLIANCES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. REPAIRS WILL BE MADE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. NO REFUND DUE TO FAILURE.
