Our condo was purchased in 2001. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The entrance is at street level with easy access to parking and the pool/jacuzzi. On the first floor is the foyer, queen guest room, full bathroom and kitchen. A couple steps down into the great room you will find the dining area, family room and access to deck with grill and sunset views of Yampa Valley. Down another level are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen bed and private 3/4 bath and two bunk rooms with walk out sliding doors. There is also a full bath and a laundry room on this level as well.

Seven of us from 3 months old to grandparents had a wonderful time in Steamboat with this condo as our base. There was plenty to do in and around town and our two grandsons enjoyed being able to swim both before and after dinner. The condo was as advertised. We have rented mountain condos each year (during ski season) and this was by far the best equipped. All the appliances, utensils, pots & pans we needed were available. Also there were plenty of glasses, silverware, and dishes - nice stoneware and not cheap plastic. There were lots of good bath towels (not thin small ones) and beach towels for the pool. The entry would be great for ski season with coat racks, ski racks, and a bench for putting on & taking off boots. The owner was very helpful with questions about the condo and had good information of what to do in Steamboat. She answered her cell phone every time so we didn't have to wait for a callback (a real plus when there was difficulty with the lock...user error!). Definitely recommended for a Steamboat vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Six of us stayed in the property for 3 nights and were very comfortable. It could easily sleep 2-4 more people or more. It's in a great location on the ski mountain and close to anything you'd need and within walking distance of many restaurant, the gondola, jogging trails and even a grocery store at the bottom of the hill. If you've never been to Steamboat Springs, you're missing out on one of the best vacation destinations in Colorado and it's still reasonably priced. I know, I've lived here since 1965 and still come here frequently and this property is a great bargain when compared to others in the area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My husband and I were raised in the midwest and began skiing at a very young age. When we moved to the south we wanted our southern raised family to enjoy skiing too. Our family took many ski trips to Colorado and Utah. We all fell in love with the quaint, family friendly ski area and town of Steamboat Springs. Our family has enjoyed both the winter and summer seasons.
