Orange Beach is noted for its sugar white sands and a great family place to vacation. Phoenix VII is a first class beachfront condo development that will meet your every need. Amenities include indoor pool, hot tubs, outdoor pool with grills and eating area nearby, tennis, racquetball, mini-gym /cardio room, sauna, and of course the beautiful sugar white sand beach of the Alabama Gulf Coast.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the west end of the 10th floor and provides panoramic views thru floor to ceiling windows and doors in the dining, kitchen and family living areas. Seating for 8 is provided at the kitchen table and bar area. HD TV and Blu-ray / DVD player are provided for your entertainment enjoyment. A pull out sofa provides queen bed comfort in the living area.
The south and west tiled wrap around balcony provides an outdoor environment to enjoy the ocean views. It is a great place to have your first cup of coffee in the morning, watch the sea gulls and pelicans fly by, see boats entering the Gulf of Mexico thru Perdido Pass, and finally end the day watching boats return and view the fall and winter sunsets. An outdoor balcony closet provides a place to store beach chairs, toys and floats. In addition, the 10th west end unit provides a quiet environment for a very peaceful vacation.
A laundry area is complete with FULL SIZE washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed, ample room, walk in closet, private bath, HD TV with tape player, and a private balcony that provides a 10th floor view of Cotton Bayou and the bay. The middle bed room has 2 double beds and the 3rd bedroom has a king size bed. Both of these rooms have ample closet space and nice beach furniture. All 3 bedrooms have a view of the water.

                We had a wonderful time at the beach, and staying in this fabulous condo was the most enjoyable experience. This was the nicest condo we have stayed in and we go to the beach every chance we get. It had breathtaking views, (yes I said views) from three sides and was clean and well-maintained and the owner was very helpful with directions,maps, etc. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who likes a comfortable and elegant place to stay in. I like to visit the local restaurants (my favorites are on Canal Street like Cosmos or Docs) or cook at home (Publix is close by). The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We also love to go to local entertainment events at Gulf Shores, so Orange Beach is close and far enough away to avoid the traffic congestion. Of course, if you like to shop, you can easily drive over to the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley.

                Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

                The owners have taken care to provide the most comfortable and beautiful retreat for their guests. From the moment you step in, it feels like home. The decorations are very tasteful and not the usual beach fare, but are on a more upscale and elegant level. The pictures simply do not do the unit justice as only so much can be put in the photographic frame. The balconies were perfect for viewing the beaches, boats and just relaxing the days away. Having the wrap around balcony on the beachside and the front balcony from the master bedroom gives views all around. The amenities at the complex are top notch as well. The owners were great to work with and have thought of everything. Overall the experience was delightful and we will most certainly be back!

                Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
