  The perfect get-away for our group of six plus a dog. The furnishings were excellent! Beds were large and cozy - especially the master with a set of stairs for our dog. (He's so spoiled!) The salt water pool was beautiful and a great relief from the heat, although the girls said it made their hair coarse and robbed their tans (?). But the best part was the tennis court with the ball machine. Even at 105 degrees it was the best workout ever. Everyone loved the house. And we ate at Armondo's, as suggested, and really enjoyed it. We are definitely coming back. Thank you to Luan for coming over to help with the spa.

  Great Home, within walking distance of El Paseo. We LOVED the tennis court and the pool and surrounding area was beautiful and great for entertaining. If you want to cook the kitchen is loaded with everything you will need. The home was clean which is important to us. A wonderful place to stay.

  The house is just as nice as described - or nicer! It was constructed with the highest quality materials and is in top condition. The location is great if you like to be able to walk to the restaurants on the main drag in town. It is nicely landscaped and private. The kitchen is very well equipped and has staples so it isn't necessary to buy some of the basics. It was even stocked with coffee! It was an excellent rental experience.

  We had six family members gather here. We picked this particular home because we are tennis players and because we wanted to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The tennis courts are great and we didnt really need to take our car anywhere, as we walked to dinner each night. Pool and spa area are really nice and this would be perfect for three couples....three beds... The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms have robes and great towels. I would definitely rent again!!

  This is a spectacular and well equipped rental property. All you need to bring are your clothes and food. The house has a great layout, a huge kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook, large great room and nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood is fantastic as are the pool, hot tub and tennis court. No worries if you don't have anyone to play tennis with because there's a tennis ball machine that will play with you anytime. El Paseo drive is nearby and has wonderful restaurants and shopping. We had a very relaxing vacation and plan to return next year!

  My husband and I stayed at this beautiful house in early November and we loved everything about it. This home is gorgeous, well appointed and well maintained. It has a lovely patio, pool and tennis court and the yard is very private. I loved the view of the palm trees and mountains from the kitchen window. While we found it a relaxing place to unwind and quietly celebrate a big birthday, it would also be a great place to entertain. The owner was so helpful in recommending nearby activities and restaurants for our first visit to Palm Desert. We would love to return here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to our friends.

  What a beautiful home with all the amenities your heart desires. It was great having the tennis court to warm up before our matches at the tennis gardens. My friends and I were representing the Southern California women's 5.0 level in nationals where we placed third in the country. It was very hot during our matches so it was great to come back to the house to enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. This is a great house for people who enjoy tennis. And in general for families with kids and pets. I highly reccomend this wonderful house to anyone who wants all the amenities and privacy. Located walking distance to Paseo Drive which has many wonderful stores and restaurants.

  We stayed at this home in August with a group of women for a weekend getaway. The house is a great size with large restrooms and a beautiful kitchen. The backyard is the perfect getaway with a pool, jacuzzi, bbq, and tennis court! We never even needed to leave! The house was super clean and has great amenities. We really loved staying there and will most likely be back next year. The location is hard to beat with El Paseo just down the street. Thanks so much to Tracy for all the info and help with the rental!

  A wonderful vacation home with style and comfort, all rolled into one! The Home is turn-key ready and even includes the little things you usually can't find in a rental. Photographs of the Home don't really do it justice, it's very roomy and well appointed for entertaining friends and family. We really enjoyed the location, Palm Desert is the "Haute Spot" of the Coachella Valley. The choice of dinning in the desert can be a great experience, and only walking distance away! The owner and local contact person were very friendly and genuine in their concern for guest's comfort. We would definately look forward to another stay in this wonderful Palm Desert home.

  Wonderful private pool. Lots of beautiful trees and flowering shrubs to look at. Robes are provided as an extra nice touch. The house is laid out nicely and has beautiful tile floors and a great kitchen. Everything you need is there. The location could not be better and the owner, Tracy, gave us some great info up front about nearby restaurants etc. which was very helpful. We had a lot of fun at the Sat - Sunday Street Fair. Anyone would be fortunate to be able to rent this house.

  Wonderful private pool with lots of lovely trees and flowering shrubs to look at . Robes were provided also. The house is laid out so nicely with cool tile floors and a great kitchen. It is such a nice location and close to town, restaurants and shops. Tracy, the owner provided us with info about the area, restaurants etc. and we had a great time at the sat - sun street fair. We definitely want to return.

  We loved our stay at this beautiful well-maintained, and as advertised, extremely well-equipped home. It feels like a luxury resort with all its wonderful amenities; swimming pool, tennis court, etc.......yet better, since it's all privately yours. In addition, the home is so well insulated that we never felt the need to turn on the A/C, even though the outside temperatures were in the 90s, the interior of the house stayed amazingly cool. We can't say enough good things about this vacation rental. It is located in our favorite Palm Desert neighborhood within an easy walk to town.

  We had a great stay at the property. It is a large, spacious home that easily sleeps 6 adults. The property features a pool, hot tub, private tennis court, and a ping pong table on the back patio. We enjoyed the property so much, we barely left during our entire stay. The home is walled for privacy. Feels like your own personal resort. Great location in Palm Desert. We will be returning. Owners were easy to work with through the entire process.

  We recently returned from a week's stay at this amazing home. Spacious, beautifully-decorated, chock full of every amenity you could want - including a private tennis court - and a terrific location. We loved the saltwater pool too! Even my super picky husband walked in and said, "We're coming back here." The owner and local contact were both great to work with - very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

  We can only echo the other reviews - this is a beautiful house, fully equipped, well maintained, offering loads of recreation, in a quiet neighborhood close to El Paseo. The owners are very responsive and a delight to work with. There is nothing to complain about. Perfect place for enjoying a Palm Desert vacation.

  We chose this property for a family get away. I cannot say enough good things about it. Location is perfect...close to major highways, a short drive to the River and walking distance to El Paseo. The house is spacious (not sure the pictures convey just how spacious it really is!), well appointed and fully stocked. The layout worked well for three adult couples. We appreciated the privacy around the lovely pool area and the tennis court was a nice bonus. No reason to leave during your stay if you want a truly relaxing vacation. This (home rental) was a first for us and the owner was most helpful. We could not have had a better experience and will recommend this one to friends.

  Wonderful location, beautiful house! Everything you need is here. We hardly went out because it was so comfortable. We walked to El Paseo every morning, played tennis in the afternoon, then barbecued for dinner. Had the fire pits on for a while and just enjoyed the outdoors. We have already recommended it to many friends and will certainly try to do this again
