The home is nestled in a small subdivision (Costa Del Mar) with 24-hour security, a common pool, wireless internet, and maintenance services on location. This area offers the perfect balance of local restaurants and services, but also plenty of room for quiet uninterrupted enjoyment of the sea. Soft sand, excellent surf, spectacular snorkeling and diving, deep sea fishing, and breathtaking sunsets.
Costa Del Mar is an enclosed beach front community located approximately 5 miles west of the town of San Carlos, Sonora. It is surrounded by jutting desert mountains, open skies, and spectacular seascape. The area has two marinas, both of which provide access to deep sea fishing, scuba diving, and sunset cruises. Local restaurants offer a wide variety of food, including excellent fish, shrimp, and Mexican fare.

The pictures for this property don't do it justice. Home is very large and comfortable. The beach was not crowded at all and some days we had it to ourselves (Mid March stay). Our party of 9 (including 5 children) had plenty of space and the four full bathrooms ensured we didn't feel cramped. Excellent for entertaining using the two large indoor and outdoor living areas. We felt very safe and comfortable on the drive. The home is in a very safe area in a gated community with security. I would highly recommend this property for someone looking to enjoy a Mexican beach getaway for their family that's a reasonable drive from the border.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Lovely beach! Beautiful home with all the amenities! The full kitchen was great for Thanksgiving! Netflix and internet kept everyone entertained on the rainy day!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
