  excellent stay in Kihei - well located - ocean front property. the unit was clean and spacious - we were able to open all the windows on the view side of the condo for a warm breeze off the ocean - newly remodeled space was as advertised. having a full size washer / dryer in the unit was a great plus. also the assigned parking space for this unit is very close - which is great when hauling luggage or dive gear from the unit to the car. we will be back again soon. Cheers

  My family of 4 spent 9 amazing days at Larry & Debbie's condo. From start to finish we had a great time. The condo provided everything we could possibly need for comfort, convenience and fun. We saved a lot of money by preparing some of our own meals. It was aparent the owners put a lot of thought into stocking not only the kitchen but the entire condo with all the comforts of home and then some. The view of the ocean and sunsets is something I'll never forget. Walking along the beach at sunrise with a cup of coffee is one of my all time favorite things to do and this beach is perfect for that. And as they say the most important thing is location, location, location... this condo has that as well. A short walk or quick drive and you're in town to pick up groceries or a bottle of wine, have dinner out or shop for souveniers to take home. Drive either north or south (just up the street) and there are incredible beaches, parks and local farmers markets along the way (Turtle Town included). This place is an A+ and I can't wait to go back.

  We had a great stay. The condo was so nicely furnished and stocked with everything you would need for comfort. I loved the beds, very comfortable! The view is incredible, the pool was excellent! Centrally located to everything, close to shopping, airport and buses! Would definitely return for another Maui vacation!

  Just wanted to take a moment to say Thank You for letting us stay at your awesome Condo. It was the perfect place for us to get-a-way. Your place is so comfy and cozy and I really appreciated that it is so centrally located. When I go on vacation, I don't want to spend half my time trying to get somewhere (like the beach or the stores, etc). I loved that about your place. Also, I really enjoy being able to say that I stayed in a Condo that was owned by one of the Doobie Brothers! Thats Rock and Roll Royalty! And I heard the stories of other Big time musicans hanging out there,... what a cool place. That added to our experience and I would definately come back. Thank you so much for renting it out.

  This centeraly located waterfront condo was roomier than we expected, and had everything we could have wanted. Free wifi was available but only in the back half of the unit, but I could always work from the pool where the signal was strongest.

  We stayed at this beautiful Kihei condo for 10 days in March. It was a sweet property located right on Waipuilani Park & the Beach in Kihei. It was well appointed with everything we needed for our end of winter vacation. We found a great breakfast joint in the Kihei Caffe just down the road. We visited Ulupalakua & the Tedeschi Winery, also the Maui Ocean Center as well as exploring what other activities the island had to offer. We liked it so much that we spent a day going to open houses to see what was available in the Kihei Real Estate market. We did not find anything that measures up to this property but we are still looking. Until we find something that measures up we will continue to book vacations at this property.

  We just got home from a 10-day trip to Maui and this condo fit our needs perfectly! We come to Maui for our family vacation every year and this condo was centrally located, which was very nice. We had 3 single adults and 1 child, and this unit gave everyone plenty of space. It was great having the washer/dryer in the unit, as well as televisions in every room. There are plenty of beach towels, a cooler and boogie boards to use as well. No need to bring beach towels from home! The kitchen is also fully stocked with the necessities. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony as well as from the lawn area below. It's a very-short walk from the condo to the ocean/beach, and the beach is very long, which makes a great morning or evening walk. There are a lot of locals that live in this complex and they are very friendly and extremely respectful of the 10pm to 8am quiet hours. We never got a chance to use the pool or the BBQ's but the area is kept very clean and the BBQ looks like new. The only disadvantage I can see is that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so this could be tough for parents with little children or anyone with disabilities. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again!

  Absolutely loved this place. We had a wonderful time. Beaches, shopping everything is close by. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for all 5 of us. Can't wait to go back.

  A wonderful place to stay and vacation.. The sunsets and moonsets from the condo or the lawn/beach area are spectacular. We found the rooms and furnishings to be very comfortable , neat and clean.. and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and snacks. Although I had been to Maui many times, this was my first time staying in Kihei and I really enjoyed it there the beaches, stores and convenience to other areas of the island.

  this condo is a great place to stay. full ocean view and park right in f ront with public tennis courts and a great place for walks any time of day. ocean breezes keep you cool and close enough to walk to some restaurants and shopping areas. very relaxing in all ways. you are lucky if you pick this unit.
