Recently refurbished, this large and charming house is located in an eighteenth century courtyard of Lough Cutra Castle. Four Bedrooms (two with double, one with twin, one with double and single) sleeping up to nine people. Large dining and living room with mezzanine balcony and unique open fire. Adjacent well equipped kitchen with access to terrace in private garden. Two upstairs bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.
The 600 acre Estate is three miles from the market town of Gort in South Galway, and only 35 minutes from Shannon International Airport. The cottage is only 500 metres from our own private 1000 acre lake.
The house is an ideal base for exploring what the West of Ireland has to offer. Local sights ofinterest include the Burren, the Cliffs of Moher, Galway "City of the Tribes" among others. Connemara and The Ring of Kerry can both be seen in a day from Lough Cutra Castle. The Arran Islands are also very close.
