  Whoever said that they've never seen anything in real life that looked as good as it did in internet listings, have never stayed at this property. The facilities were well maintained, the cupboards were stocked with any type of condiment that you would need. The location to Disney was within 10 minutes, and everything was thought of, including ponchos for that occasional Florida shower.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, sightseeing.

  My family of 6 stayed here for a week and it was a great deal with lots of space. The location was wonderful because we were very close to Disney World and we didn't have a lot of traffic to fight through unlike the Lake Buena Vista area. There is a mini amusement park next door but we couldn't hear anything from inside the townhouse. The kitchen was well stocked and had all these condiments, seasonings, teas and mini creamers. Thank God there is a washer and dryer because there weren't enough towels to go around and we washed them frequently. There was plenty of space for everyone and more than enough beds. I like a softer mattress and the king and queen beds are rather firm. There were a lot of extras such as rain ponchos, an umbrella, board games and DVDs. Overall it is a nice, clean, affordable place to stay that my in-laws approved of.

  The photos and description of this house accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities listed on VRBO. The house was EXTREMELY clean and WELL organized. Everything we needed was there. Close to restaurants, stores, Kissimmee Old Town and minutes away from theme parks. The owners were very polite, kind and helpful when called. A perfect place for gathering family and friends. Family members that visited us during our stay are interested in renting this property in the future. This property was PERFECT for us, we felt like home and didn't want to leave the house. We will recommend this property without any reservation. Definitely, we will rent this property AGAIN whenever we travel to the Kissimmee area. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house.   Excellent location and great accomodations for a large group/family. Appreciated the small amenities like ice in the freezer, condiments, WIFI, and games in the closet. Owners were helpful and quick to respond to questions. Condo is neat, clean, quiet, and perfect for a larger family. The condo is a great value for what we received and we will definitely tell our friends and family.

  This was a beautiful 4b/3 full baths townhouse, well equipped, at an excellent location. It is extremely clean and the property owners are very accommodating and kind. We travel to Orlando on average once a year and have stayed from Westgate to Orange Lake Resort but this has truly been one of my favorite places to stay. It’s a small site but very well kept, clean, safe, and a convenient location. The pool area is not very big but a perfect size for the site. Although there isn’t much to do on site, downtown Kissimmee and Fun Spot is only a few steps away (walking distance) and Disney is only a few miles away. This is perfect for families with small kids or teenagers. This is also a very pet friendly area. We will definitely return.

  This was our very first rental that made our vacation even better. The property is as described on VRBO and even better. The townhouse was furnished with EVERYTHING that my family needed for the entire week that not only saved us money on food, but also on gas on its location. My daughter's softball team all stayed within the same community and ours was furnished the best and even had wireless high speed internet unlike some of our friends. We often walked to Old Town every night to enjoy the evening or hung out at the pool. The owner was EXTREMELY flexible as I added days from originally only staying 4 days to 7 days. He quickly responded to my emails or phone calls as he promptly addressed my concerns to make my vacation painless and perfect. We saved over $20 a day compared to overs that stayed next to us and other townhouses had less to offer. This review is worthless if only give positive feedback. However, the downside are minimal and wouldn't prevent me from staying again. I would recommend getting rid of the 1980 bedspreads and look at what Marriott is doing for bed covers. This would give the bedrooms a modern, fresh look. My only other concern could be out of the owners control and has more to do with the entire community. The community advertised a waterslide but it isn't operational because the pool doesn't have a lifeguard (security informed that a lifeguard must be present to use the waterslide). However, a security guard hangs out at the pool almost all day. Get rid of one of the two security guards during the day and hire a lifeguard until sunset when the pool closes. A lifeguard can do the two jobs at once. My 8 year-old son was crushed that he couldn't use the slide. Another property owner told my friends that the slide was closed for maintenance but that seems to be a lie. Don't waste your time looking to save a couple dollars, you will waste your time. This will be the first place we look for future vacations in Orlando, THANKS!!!

  Excellent choice for the price paid. We were 5 adults and 4 kids, of course this is not as big as some large house but i never felt that we were unconfortable, of course we did not spent our whole time inside the house. Beds were ok and we were not disturb by the noise from Old Town when we were inside. Location is excellent near everything. Pool looks nice but was not heated in december so could not use it.

  This place is ok, but would not describe as luxury. Furniture is very uncomfortable and the master bed was horrible for sleep. This stuff needs replacement for sure. Pool area is fantastic, and being so close to old town to walk to was a plus,but....what you hear all day long is the roller coaster right outside the unit, which is annoying.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, sightseeing.

  Owner response: Furniture is brand new last year. The roller coaster is hard to hear inside the house and being close to Old Town is one of the charms of the area.
