The condo was beautiful and full of excellent amenities. The pictures shown are great but it is even nicer in person. Kristen and Mark were wonderful to rent from. Quick to answer any questions that we had and returned our security deposit promptly. We would definitely rent from them again. We would recommend staying at this condo!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The owners of this condo have included everything you could possibly need and then some (beach chairs, beach toys, spices for cooking, WII game, books, movies, card games) My husband was very excited when he discovered the Jerry Seinfeld books and then saw the Monty Python movies, almost like it was his own personal condo:) . The condo is on the 6th floor, which make it great for overlooking the coast and allowing you to see everything. If we were not outside on the beach we were either on the balcony or couch looking out over the beach. If we ever visit Orange Beach again, I hope this condo is available to stay in. My only disappointment was the darn dolphins not making an appearance;)Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The pride in ownership is evident from the time you walk through the front door and extends all the way to the edge of your balcony overlooking the beach, and Gulf. My wife and I have spent 5 months in this condo over the past 2 Winters and would recommend it without hesitation. The furniture is either new, or in first rate condition.The master has a true king sized bed with excellent linens. Plenty of seating in the living room, dining area, and on the balcony. This condo is well stocked with everything you'll need for a great time at the beach. Bring your food, beverages of choice, and bathing suit and you'll be prepared to enjoy the miles of sugar sand beaches. Great sunrise and sunset views from the balcony. Watch the dolphins frolic, and the herons, and the pelicans, and....................... Kristen and Mark go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Your condo was a great place for our girls' getaway! The condo was just as pictured and the beach was not too crowded. We enjoyed starting our day with breakfast on the patio, with a view of the gulf and the sound of the waves. So much to do in either direction, Flora-Bama, The Hangout and Live Bait were all good and Wentzells across the street had great oysters. I especially enjoyed a jog on the Backcountry Trails just down the street. The Little Zoo That Could has some great exhibits - baby tigers and lemurs to pet for an extra fee was worth it. And Blue Reef Watersports were very pleasant to work with when we were rained out twice. The jet ski tour was so fun. And when our days and nights of so much activity were done, it was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable place to lay our heads. We will definitely come back and would love to stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

For over 20 years, we have come to Orange Beach and dreamed of owning our own condo. Kristen grew up in the area and spent many summers on the beach. As Kristen says, 'There is no place like home'. I'm not sure if she said it first. Dreams do come true!
