The Wisteria Cottage was perfect for our vacation in Huntington Beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a great time; bikes, boogie boards, a grill, washer & dryer, and a wonderful outdoor sitting area. It was just a short (and fun) bike ride down to the beach and pier, but was tucked away in a quiet residential area. Lenga and David kept this property pristine, which was very important to us. The inside was just as beautiful as the outside, especially Lenga's gardens. Overall, this was a great location and Lenga is lovely and accomodating. I left behind a sneaker and she took the time to pick it up and mail it to me!! We would definetely stay here again!

This little cottage is just enchanting! The pictures are very accurate but cant capture the magical feeling of this home. It is surrounded by well thought out and beautifully landscaped sitting areas. The flowers were in bloom and added to the serenity of wisteria! The location is also wonderful, very near the beach, shopping and amenities. The owners were so hospitable and easy yet thorough to deal with. They really made us feel welcome and we felt very accommodated! We are a family of 4 and we had plenty of room! The extras of this cottage really make this a must do again for us! They provide wonderful cooking area, inside and out. Including clean clean CLEAN re fridge w/ice maker, dishwasher, dishes, bbq gas grill, washer dryer, bikes, beach chairs, towels, outside shower w/ heat!, 2 tvs, dvd player, cd music player and much more!! As you can tell we had a ball, and i would recommend this cottage to anyone without hesitation!!

GREAT location, a few minutes' walk to Main St. & the beach. Very cute little cottage, spacious. Property was well-maintained and CLEAN. A lot of useful amenities like kitchenware/cooking supplies, large refrigerator and washer & dryer. Large back and front yards, great for enjoying bbq and drinks outside. Lovely garden. Parking in garage and on driveway and also street parking if available (which it was). Overall, a great experience!

This was the perfect location for us...close to downtown and the beach. Quiet neighborhood, ideal size cottage. We loved having all of the amenities....from the bicycles, to the washer and dryer, Jennair kitchen appliances, two TVs, gas grill, and lots of outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the weather. It was a great experience for our family of three and we will be back! Everything was clean, the photos are exactly as the cottage appears, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week.

Wisteria Cottage was our first experience with VRBO ... and has set the bar high for any other rentals. The home and gardens were even more charming than pictured, the location was close enough to Main Street to walk or ride the provided bikes, yet away from the crowds. The cottage was immaculately clean and updated, with many extra amenities, and furnished with lovely antiques and reproductions. It was just the right size for the two of us, and had enough room and seating for guests as well. The owners are friendly, available, and helpful. You won't want to leave!

This was our 2nd time renting from these owners, previously we stayed at the Rose Cottage, and the Wisteria is similar in floorplan just flipped over. Our experience, like the 1st time, was excellent! The house was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The owners are super nice and accomodating. We didn't need anything other than our clothes, some food, and our toothbrushes. The house had lots of towels, sheets, even shampoo and conditioner, soap, and toilet paper already available. The nice extras for the beach were waiting for us in the garage (bikes, umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a cooler and a frisbee!). Nice new appliances, including a washer and dryer were a major plus for our family. We will continue to rent from these owners in the future and highly recommend any of their properties!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wisteria Cottage. My husband and I brought our teenage son and 3 of his friends for his high school graduation trip. The owners were friendly and attentive. They own the two cottages next door as well and all 3 are clean and equally as inviting. Lenga's flower gardens are amazing! There were compliments from many passing by. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to everything we needed. We road our bikes every day. There's a great paved trail that runs along the ocean. Main street at Huntington Beach is hopping with great shops, bars, and street vendors. It was about a 30 minute drive to Disneyland and Knottsberry Farm. We would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

Huntington Beach is one of the best beaches to visit, let alone stay! The property is beautiful, full of flowers and well kept grounds. The cottage is decorated very cute, it's welcoming, and you will feel right at home, as we did. It is located two-three blocks away from main street, which offers lots of shopping, great restaurants, and bars for day or night drinking/entertainment. It was great to have a nice dinner and walk back to the cottage in the cool, crisp evening! The beach is about a half a mile away, less than 10 minutes (walking) and 3 minutes (bike ride), which were provided at the property. All in all, you will be happy with this property, it was an easy decision for me to rent because Huntington is the best beach in the area and the location of the property couldn't be better! The owners are trustworthy and honest, which was extremely important since we live in a different state. Thanks for your hospitality - We’ll be back next year with more family!

This cottage is very charming! Traveling as a family with a small toddler and my grandmother, we found this place to be perfectly suitable for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and there are so many nice spots to enjoy your coffee/breakfast/dinner. You can choose between a private backyard spot or two tables set outside in a garden. And so many flowers! Add in the couple of bikes provided in the garage and accessing the downtown or beach is a cinch. There were no issues with the security deposit and the rates were very reasonable. Highly recommended!

My wife and 9 year old daughter stayed at the Wisteria Cottage for a week, and had a great time. The cottage had plenty of room for us and was clean and very charming. The kitchen has granite countertops and everything neccessary to cook a meal if you are looking to cut back on spending while on vacation. The bathroom was gorgeous, with granite countertops as well and travertine floors and in the shower. There's 3 separate outside seating areas, where you can soak up the sun while enjoying the owner's immaculate garden. Speaking of the owner, she was incredibly kinds and hospitable toward us, making sure we were comfortable and had fresh cut flowers to enjoy. We were so impressed with the cottage and Huntington Beach that my wife and I came back 6 weeks later to stay in another property owned by the same people. We would HIGHLY recommend this cottage to anyone looking to have a great time at a very reasonable price in Huntington Beach.

I shopped for days trying to find the best rental near Huntington Beach for the best price and I really believe I found it. It had all the amenities you need including beach cruisers (we rode them every time we went to the beach). There were four of us that stayed there but we had up to 14 family members meet there for a bbq and just to relax after the beach and it fit us fine. I loved the nice back yard grill area. My sisters loved to rinse off their kids in the outdoor shower. One of the nicest features was the landscaping around the cottage...even more beautiful than the pictures. My wife and I loved having our own room. The owners were very nice and available to answer any questions (e.g. like where are the nearest tennis courts). :) Way better than staying in a hotel...doesn't even compare!

We recently stayed at the cottage for a week with our two sons - 18 and 20. The cottage was the perfect size and the location is great. Easy walk to the pier and Huntington Beach is lovely. Weekly street fair and farmers market. We took full advantage of the BBQ grill as well as the laundry facilities. The landlords of this property are very nice and were even nice enough to supply my other half with some packing supplies so he could ship back his car part finds. If you are traveling with family and you would like some privacy from the kids - this place is great. The rooms are very clean and certainly spacious enough. I cant wait to visit again. from CT.

Love it!!! We love the cottage. it is very private and beautiful (even better than the photos). The cottage is set back from the street and surrounded by a flower-filled garden, very unique in this area of downtown H.B. There are several sitting areas throughout the garden. Having breakfast in the garden is our favorite meal. The cottage feels like your own home with equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, barbecue.... It is located very close to Main Street downtown, the pier, and other activities. The street-fair held on Main Street every Tuesday evening is fun. Disneyland is close by. We definitely will come back again.

Lenga's Cottage is charming, delightful, and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a vacation. A short walk to the beach, and minutes to Main Street downtown with shopping, restaurants, or just sitting at the pier watching the surfers. The cottage is well furnished and the garden is a joy to behold. Flowers are blooming everywhere! This is the best garden in the neighborhood. The owner's are very easy to work with. They live nearby in the same neighborhood.
