Our beautifully Mexican decorated two story Executive Suite with balconies on each level has sleeping capacity for six people with two queen beds in the bedroom area and a queen sized sleeper in the living room. Each level has a full sized bath with a tiled shower. Please note that our only available week is Feb 2-9,2013. Other dates are possible This five star resort within the Sheraton complex is located on the Sea of Cortez next to the Jack Nicklaus' Cabo del Sol Golf Course. Amenities are numerous and can be checked out by visiting the Sheraton Hacienda del Mar web site.

                          Year Purchased: 1995

                          About the owner: Started going to Cabo while my wife and I were still working and have continued going every year. Are renting this year due to an illness but hope to return in 2013.

                          Why the Owner Chose Hacienda del Mar:
                          Fell in love with Cabo the first time we visited so decided to invest in a timeshare there. So far we are not sorry that we did.

                          The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
                          Golf has gotten pricey but if you wait until after 2 in the afternoon you can get a pretty good deal. Also the fishing is spectacular. New eating places pop up every year and most have been proven to be terrific..
