  My husband and I had a fabulous time at Infinity Bay. The landscaping and sunsets are breath taking. The condo itself is in building four with a great view overlooking the shallow end of the pool. We spent most of our time on the balcony; if it is quiet at the pool you can hear the waterfall from the fountains. It’s great to see the hummingbirds fly around and to people watch. The reef is about a two minute swim and the snorkeling is great. We are scuba divers and think we have seen more fish around that reef than on some of our previous dives. The condo was basically clean. However, there were grimy hand prints around the handles on all the doors and cabinets. Inside the cabinets was bits of debris and some white powder something in the kitchen cabinets. We took our own dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. But next time would take Clorox wipes and some Windex to wipe everything down when we arrive. I know most people don’t go on vacation to cook. We do usually cook dinner. We hired At Your Service which is a concierge service and had food and drinks delivered prior to our arrival at the condo. So we were a little disappointed with the kitchen. It is beautiful with the tile, stainless appliances and granite (?) countertops but it not very well stocked for cooking. There was nothing to cook in the oven with, no oven mitts, no cutting board and very little in the way of utensils. We ended up cooking our lobster on top of the stove; we normally roast them in the oven. The lobster was good, hey it’s lobster, but not how we normally cook it. You can tell the owners have made an effort in the kitchen. What was there was good quality. The plates, bowls etc are Fiesta Ware and the cookware is Calphalon. There were two butcher knives; they were either JA Henckels or the other brand which the name escapes me at the moment. So it makes me wonder if items disappear occasionally. The owners emailed a “tips list” which was very helpful. We would defiantly stay here again. The condo is beautiful, there is a second balcony off the queen bedroom and it was nice to have two bathrooms. The king bed was super comfy with night stands on both sides. The AC worked great, the living room TV swivels so we were able to watch Sunday night football through the sliding glass door while on the balcony. IMHO this condo is the best location on the property. You get morning sun not the afternoon sun which can be quite warm. You a

  Owner response: Hey so glad to hear that you enjoyed IB and our condo. Although i was not happy to hear about the problems with the cleaning staff. IB is a resort condo and they take care of the cleanings of all the condos. I would offer the advise to any future guests that if things are out of sorts engage the front desk or let the maids know and they will gladly make any adjustments necessary. This would go for the issue with the oven wares as well, they supply these items in the condo so if there is something you need please ask any of the staff and they will help. Cheers! The Horton's

  My husband and I just returned from a five night stay at this unit and I was quite happy with the comfort and amenities we experienced. The unit is large, very clean, and quiet. We didn't use the kitchen while there, but it had all the latest appliances. The two bedrooms were large and there were tvs in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The best part was that the a/c worked very well during our entire stay! The resort itself is nice. The pool is great and the beach is nice. The building where the spa and restaurant will be was going to be completed in another six weeks.

  We spent a week at Infinity Bay in February with our 2 teenage daughters. The condo was perfect - clean, comfortable with lots of room and nicely appointed. It is in a great location within the resort - close to the pool and beach. It is also quiet - there was a wedding with a live band during our stay and while on the balcony we could hear the music, inside the condo you could not tell anything was going on. The staff were great and were very quick to respond to any request. Prior to arriving, David and Dawn provided us with some very useful information about the property and the island. This served us well. They were great to deal with and always prompt to answer emails. The snorkeling was fantastic! Interesting coral and colourful fish and the best part was that it was on our time. A boat is not required - you just put on your gear and walk into the ocean! You can stay in the shallows or head out just a bit further to the drop off. It doesn't get better than that. We also did the South Shore Canopy Tour zip line - WOW! We prepared a lot of our meals in the condos but there are lots of choices for dining either in West Bay or take the water taxi to West End. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone considering Roatan for their next vacation. Best stretch of beach and best property in West Bay, in our opinion, by far.

  My husband and I just returned from a two week vacation in this condo. It is everything that the ad says it is. Beautiful, clean and private with very helpful and knowledgable staff. We booked several tours through the resort and were not disappointed with any of them. The island/mangrove tour even ended up to be a private tour at no extra cost. We ate at the resort several times as well as the restaurants on the beach. They all advertise their daily special so we could pick what and where we would have dinner each evening. If we didn't feel like going out, room service was also an option. The beach and snorkelling were incredible. We have travelled extensively to snorkel and have never seen a reef with such easy access and in such pristine condition. Beautiful! Take your snorkel gear, insect repellent and lots of small bills for tips if you go. Beautiful spot.

  My husband and I stayed one week in October 2011 at this condo and it was wonderful! Dawn and David were the best to respond to our questions and very kind to offer any helpful advice on the area. This unit is in a great location with a view of the pool and ocean. I could watch my husband from the large front balcony return from his morning fishing trip. The sunsets over the water were amazing from this location. The unit is a very spacious 2BR/2BA with everything you will need and more! Free internet wired in unit and also Wi-Fi. The front office staff was wonderful and actually all the staff made us feel at home! The snorkeling off the beach was spectacular. We met a lot of nice people and enjoyed walking to dinner along the beach to try different restaurants. We will most definitely find time to return again. I also have to add we accidently left my husband's cell phone in the safe and Dawn and David were the one's to advise us as we thought we misplaced it somewhere else. They ensured it was returned to us safe and sound. Thank you - we will definitely recommend your wonderful home in paradise to our friends and hopefully be back soon!

  My husband and had the pleasure of staying at Infinity Bay for 2 weeks this year. First of all, it was definitely the best place to stay at on the whole island. Employees were very helpful and everyone was so kind to us, always ready to help. The lay out of the condos is great, ocean view and facing the pool. The pool is big and sits on the beach, infinity style. The beach is beautiful, perfect to go for a romantic walk. Many different activities are available right there and this bay where the condo is located is called west bay and has some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling, so you don't have to go very far to have some fun. Great bar and restaurant on site, and many other restaurants are walking distance from there. Everywhere we went the food was excellent and we also had fun singing some karaoke and listening to bands at night. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone either you are looking for a romantic getaway or want to take the whole family with you ! Roatan rocks !!

  This place is just amazing. If you stay anywhere else you are crazy. From the amazing Condo that has views of the ocean and pool to the location on the island, this is the place. You can snorkel and scuba dive right out in front of the condo. The place has an excellent bar and food right there. Also the work staff is extremely helpful with getting you involved in some activities. Great place to go with the family and kids.......We will be back....

  We really enjoyed our stay at Infinity Bay. The condo is beautiful, clean, large and located at the best resort in Roatan. It is just steps away from the beautiful beach and there is a huge pool with very lush landscaping.The diving on the island is great. There are restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The service at the resort was friendly and very accommodating.The owners were very nice to deal with.It was an incredible trip and I would not change a thing on a return visit to Roatan.

  First trip to Roatan, and we couldn't have asked for any more. The condo is an extremely spacious two bedroom unit. Clean, quiet and relaxing, but still pool front with an ocean view and close to everything. The resort itself is beautiful, with a perfect location along a spectacular stretch of beach. Would absolutely recommended.
