You will be greeted by Owner Direct Vacation Rentals, offering check-in/out & concierge services during your stay. They will give you a discount card which will save you money on dining and many attractions here at the beach.
This is a clean & crisp 2 br 2 bath condo in the Arbor Trace section of Barefoot Resort. It is an end unit on the 2nd floor, with stairs ( no elevator)., with nice views of the Norman Course. It has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and dining in; dining table for 6; living room has couch( with sofa sleeper) & chair; 3 TV's in condo +, DVD player, and Playstation 2 with Guitar Hero I & II.
There are 2 full bathrooms with tub & shower combination; and washer & dryer is in the unit for your convenience. The owner has provided beach chairs and boogie boards, and you may use the large resort pool as well as your community pool in Arbor Trace. There is a seasonal shuttle to the beach cabana running from Memorial Day until Labor Day. There is a charcoal grill and small picnic area near the pool also.
