Dyer Trail Lodge is a stunning four bedroom home in the heart of the Highlands neighborhood. It has the secluded feel of a true mountain getaway, yet is located a mere two miles from Main Street Breckenridge. This refined Colorado home combines stunning views, relaxed luxury and unmatched comfort, making it the ideal setting for your next Breckenridge vacation.
ABOUT THE HOME
The great room makes a strong first impression, offering abundant natural light, and magnificent views of the home’s wooded surroundings. Plush leather couches and an overstuffed patterned armchair surround a large fireplace of natural stone, creating a luxurious retreat perfect for curling up with a good book, or relaxing with friends and family.
The living space flows into a formal dining area featuring an elegant dining table of dark wood. An adjacent breakfast nook lets you enjoy a nice cup of coffee or hot chocolate while taking in the natural beauty just outside your door.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and a wooden butcher block island, providing provide plenty of prep space, while the designer four burner stove and grill makes cooking like the professionals a breeze.
Downstairs after dinner, unwind with a few games of pool, and then make your way out the back door to the private eight person hot tub. The perfect remedy for weary bones exhausted from a long day of skiing or hiking, it’s also the perfect vantage point for stargazing under the expansive western skies.
The main level master boasts a king bed topped with a designer comforter and a surplus of pillows, as well as a gas fireplace to warm you up and add some atmosphere. The exquisite master bath features an oversized soaking tub, a steam shower with two heads, double vanity sinks and make up lights for the ladies. The suite also features a flat screen TV and two French doors leading to a private deck.
The mini-master presents a rustic mountain lodge ambiance, with its hand crafted king-sized bed of Alder wood, twin nightstands with wrought iron reading lamps, and Adirondack ceiling fan.
On the lowest level, you’ll find the last two bedrooms. The first offers a queen bed topped with a stylish green and brown comforter, perfectly coordinated with the tasteful décor. The second offers a bit of western flair and was designed for the kids, with two twin beds and private access to the shared bathroom. Each bedroom is also furnished with a flat-screen TV.
Additional features include a heated double garage, in-house laundry facilities, and a large back deck with a gas grill, perfect for cookouts. Of course, any home in the snowy mountains would not be complete without a private hot tub as well!
