This oceanfront condominium has it all. Two-bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, split level townhouse decorated very nicely with all the comforts of home. On the main level you have a fully-equipped kitchen, dining/living area, half bath, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and a private balcony with great ocean views. The second floor has your master bedroom and bath with a private Jacuzzi tub and a second bedroom and bathroom. There are three TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo.

There is an oceanfront pool and lounge area, and it is within walking distance to area restaurants and the Surfside pier.
