  I'm not a person who is writing a lot of reviews.But this time I will,because the house is nice and the owner made sure that we had a great time there. Close to the lake,close to stores ,5 min drive to Diamond Peak. The house is well equipped and kids friendly.It feels like home. We would go there again.

  This was a terrific place to we enjoyed it and our kids enjoyed it. Kid friendly and well decorated. Very fun to stay at for all of us. Board games and video games, great kids books and kid movies. Great eating area, and a kitchen with everything you might need that was very modern. Also very conveniently located. We sledded at 8,000 ft. and went to dinner and Kings beach in the same day! Great fun, I definitely recommend staying here!

  Stayed here with our family of 6 (2 adults, 3 teens and 1 child) and it really was a perfect set-up. Could easily have gotten a couple more in comfortably. Proximity, access were great, kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment, and electronics and appliances all operated perfectly. Most important, the owners were awesome at managing the details from the contract and payment to prompt reimbursement of the security deposit. This condo is obviously owned by a family who really cares about their place in the mountains, as well as the quality of your experience when visiting.

  We had two families stay here over Labor Day weekend (with three little kids), and the condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean & well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked & wonderful to cook in. We were within walking distance to a grocery store & coffee shop (which was absolutely necessary for me)... and a short ride to Burnt & Cedar Beach. We only made it to Burnt Beach - but it was a very nice private beach with a playground, pool, water slide, and plenty of grassy areas to picnic & play. The entire booking process was very easy & efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

  Our family stayed here for a week in August and loved the property. Incline Village is definitely the place to be--particularly if you have kids. This condo was clean, modern and well-kept, with a great kitchen and living room. The location can't be beat. The owners provided us with terrific suggestions of where to go and what to do, answered all of our questions and were wonderful to deal with. They also gave us guest passes to the two nearby private beaches. We loved Burnt Cedar Beach since it had the lake, the pool and a great area to set up for the day. Some of our favorite things were river rafting on the Truckee river, Sand Harbour Beach, our day in Squaw Valley, our brunch at Rosie's in Tahoe City and our dinner at Big Water Grill in Incline! This is an outstanding place to stay if you want to be on the North Shore with plenty of space and a lovely condo. We hope to go back next summer.

  My family and I (3 kids 9,7,4) stayed here in late February. The house was clean and had all of the appliances we needed to cook for the family. The instructions Laura gave were easy to follow and the location is perfectly convenient to everything in Incline. One master bedroom and two guest rooms that share a bath. We ended up only using two of the rooms as one of the guest rooms has three twin beds (a bunk bed and a separate twin) which was used by my kids as they didn't want to be separated. Oh, and garage parking was great given that we go 28 in of snow. We will definitely return.

  yes, beautifully remodeled as in pictures. well equipped as far as vacation rentals. had a very good time on our annual trip to tahoe. will stay again when on the north shore. location is 5 minutes to everything in incline. owners were very helpful in answering all of our questions regarding not only the rental but also about the area as well. thanks again, laura and martin.

  We had so much fun, we already want to go back. The house was very welcoming and really felt like home after one day. It is well organized (has everything you need and more) and super clean. We traveled with small children and found it child friendly. The vacation was perfect and we found so many things to do and places to go to. The kids played at the park, we all hiked at Sand Harbor park (10 minutes from Incline). We enjoined Skiing at Diamond Peak every afternoon (7 minutes away from the house). We even drove to Carson City (just 25 miles away) and found an amazing Children's Museum. We know we will be back.

  This is a delightful condo, perfectly located for skiing in North Lake Tahoe, particularly at Diamond Peak. It has been beautifully decorated and the kitchen is very well-equipped. Incline Village has excellent amenities, which are all withing easy reach. We had a great weekend here and I would definitely recommend it to others.

  We absolutely loved your condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 kids under the ages of 15 and the set-up was perfect for us. Your condo is incredibly comfortable and so very convenient to skiing. We could get to town and Starbucks in minutes. Your kitchen was so clean and modern and had everything we needed. We spent 4 nights there in January and our kids can't wait to come back in the summer. You are so close to the beautiful Incline beaches. Thanks for all the helpful information. This was truly a wonderful family vacation!
