  We have just recently returned to British Columbia, Canada from our time at this well-decorated, warm and inviting condo, and are already making our plans to vacation there again next year. Jim and Rhonda have done an excellent job with their interior design. We looked online at several of the condos in Venetian Palms that are for sale, and theirs was--by far--much nicer than all of them. It was like staying in a beautiful hotel room with the added benefit of being able to do our own cooking. Venetian Palms is very peaceful, and the pool is a lovely bathtub-warm place to swim and suntan. We felt safe, and got the amazing rest and refueling that we needed. We would recommend this luxury condo with 5 starts. Thanks so much, Jim and Rhonda.

  We came down for spring break with our kids. The place was very clean, the community was quiet, and the screened porch was just perfect for coffee, reading, and cards. The place is very well located, we made it to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Naples, all with easy driving distance. Definitely a great place to stay. Thanks Jim!

  Feb-Mar 2013: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in your condo. The location is wonderful - central, peaceful and with a wonderful community. This was the cleanest condo I've ever walked into - it just sparkled. The amenities of both the condo and the community were great and I really enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the beautiful fountain in the water. Your response to my one inquiry was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend your place to either a couple or a single traveler.

  We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo in Fort Myers. The location is PERFECT. Close to great restaurants, bars, the movie cinema, and shopping plazas / outlets. There are plenty of great routes for bikers and only a short drive away from the beach. Fort Myers Beach is an active area with plenty to do including a variety of restaurants / bars on the beach and water sport rentals. Sanibel and Captiva Island are roughly 30 minutes away and it is a great local relaxing getaway. There is also the Key West Express which leaves from Fort Myers Beach and will take you directly by boat to Key West! This condo has everything you need in it and we found it to be a perfect size for 2 people. We also had visitors come and stay on the pull-out couch. It is clean, well decorated, and truly makes you feel like you are in a little beach paradise! The owners were extremely helpful and quick to answer questions and provide recommendations. We were very satisfied with our 3 month stay and highly recommend this condo to others! It was hard for us to leave this little bit of paradise and we look forward to coming back!

  We have been coming down to Ft Myers for many years now and have found that this condo, based on location and amenties, to be our favorite rental yet. The Hamilton have done an outstanding job of decorating and furnishing, even the towels and bedding are color matched! We found Venetion Palms to be a popular spot for snow birds and met many friendly people during our stay. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well cared for. Enjoying the view of pond with fountain from the lenia was a favorite evening ritual of ours. Some of our family members came down for a weeks stay on Ft Myers Beach and we were so glad the drive between our rental units was under 10 miles. We were close, also, to the Twins spring training park, the airport, lots of shopping and resturants everywhere! Our favorite remains Doc Fords, by the bridge. Would stay again for sure!

  We arrived to a newly renovated and beautifully decorated condo. It is in a quiet and peaceful setting, and particularly pleasing is the location being so central to all the attractions of the gulf coast. The owners were extremely attentive and courteous; any issues were dealt with immediately and efficiently. We appreciated such a pleasant vacation rental experience.

  Stayed at this condo Jan 9-15, was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for 2 or 3 people. Especially liked the king sized bed, and walk-in closet. Very close to shopping and many restaurants. Only about 5 minutes from the interstate. Especially enjoyed the manatee park off !-75 exit 141, and ice hockey games at the Germain Arena, exit 126. The beach is also a short drive away, with many more places to eat and relax.

  We enjoyed our stay at your place. Location is very convenience to shop either in grocery stores or Edison Mall or do sight seeings or go to beach. We cooked a little in the kitchen and morning coffee in lania looking out to the fountain and rising sun is a plus. Bed is comfortable, Kitchen is functional, place is clean and well maintained. it has all our need for vacation. Highly recommended.
