A gorgeous 2 bedroom plus den condo located in the gated resort community of PGA West. This 1700 sq ft one level home overlooks directly onto the 15th tee of the world famous Pete Dye designed Stadium Course.
PGA West, known as the Western Home of Golf, is home to 6 stunning golf courses, 3 which are open to the public including the Stadium Course. The Stadium Course has played host to such events as The Skins Game, The Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, The Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf, the PGA Grand Slam of Golf and now the PGA Humana Challenge.

This home will sleep 4-6 people comfortably with its generous sized rooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and large ensuite bathroom as well as a private patio area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the 2nd bathroom. The spacious den is set up for TV viewing but easily converts to a 3rd bedroom with a queen convertible sleeper sofa. There is in-suite laundry for your convenience. All linens and towels are new. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes an eating bar which opens onto the dining room. Sliding glass doors from the dining room lead out onto the patio overlooking the golf course. A gas BBQ grill is located on the patio for your use. The large living room area has vaulted ceilings, a wet bar, flat screen TV and a gas fireplace for those chilly desert evenings. Sliding glass doors from the living room allow a fabulous view out onto the golf course and the 15th tee. Your choice of two swimming pools / spas are located within steps of the condo.

La Quinta is located approximately 20 min south of Palm Springs and the Palm Springs Airport. It offers fine and casual dining, such as Arnold Palmer's, located only minutes away in charming Old Town La Quinta. There is a world class spa located nearby in the elegant La Quinta Resort.. Excellent shopping is also close by including the upscale 'El Paseo' and Premium Outlets at Cabazon, approximately a 25min drive west on Hwy 10. There are numerous other excellent golf courses nearby as well as the world class Indian Wells tennis facility. So much more to do such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, jeep desert tours, hot air ballooning, Palm Springs Air Tram, the Living Desert Wildlife Park, museums, live theater, street fairs, and casinos or just lounging by the pool with friends.
