  Our time at the cabin (aka, a beautiful and perfect house) was absolutely amazing. We actually had pretty nice weather (until the day we left), so we really lucked out. We enjoyed hanging out at the house, bike riding, scooter riding, swimming, s'mores by the Lodge fire pit, and basketball and baseball in the park. We even had a wild turkey come visit us in the back yard one day. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. We hope to come back again soon.

  Our time at the "cabin" was absolutely fabulous. This was our fifth year at Suncadia, and your home wins the gold star award. We are already planning a return visit. Actually we do a lot of VRBO, so you can know that I have a solid basis for comparisons. Below are some of the features that we really appreciated: - condiments in the kitchen - napkins/paper towels/placemats in the kitchen - great dining room table (we ate at one end and had a puzzle going at the other end) - nice variety of toys/DVDs/games/equipment for kids (our one granddaughter was so wanting to take the pink bike out in the snow!!) - wonderful sleeping spaces - every cooking utensil we needed - DIRECTIONS for the remotes - privacy - very comfortable living space - sparkling clean when we arrived - your prompt replies to my requests and inquiries - much appreciated Again, Drew, our family will be in contact with you. My daughters often go to Suncadia with friends and are looking forward to a spring visit at your gorgeous home.

  We went away for my birthday with three families with five kids total and six adults. Everyone had a wonderful time and slept wonderfully in this spacious, well-equipped home. The large garage gave the kids a place to play without being supervised and ride their roller skates or play ping pong. The adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen and comfy living room. Everything is tastefully done and it's very quiet.

  This property is not just any ole cabin. It is an amazing, well designed and nicely furnished vacation home that sleeps 16! There are THREE master bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms. The large dining room table is a wonderful gathering place for family meals, events, conversation and game playing. The family room has a cozy lay out with a stone fireplace. I really enjoyed the fantastic mountain view out the large back windows. Several of the highlights were: going on nature hikes right out our back door, cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen, drinking wine at the local winery (Swiftwater Cellars), lunch at the Suncadia Lodge and a trip into the quaint town of Cle Elum. Access to the Suncadia development was very easy off the well maintained Highway 90. I can't wait to visit the cabin again!

  Fantastic place! We are three families with five kiddos ages 5 and 6 among us that spent the weekend at Suncadia at this fantastic property. We have rented large mountain houses in the past, but this one has been the best. The house is hotel clean, the concierge brings everything from extra towels to dishwasher detergent, the shuttle bus was great, and the concierge even hooked us up with a great nanny service. We can't wait to go back. The waterslides at the pool were AMAZING and the spa was just perfect.

  We had a facilitated off-site business meeting for 8 people and the Snowberry home and all went very well. The openness of the great room, with ample seating in the living room, as well as the huge dining table, accomodated all the activities we had planned. Great balance between "rental" home and enough accompanyments of being in a personal residence. This would be a wonderful place for 2 families with small children, a business team or a large family needing the space of 5 bedrooms with multiple sleeping options. Thanks Drew!!

  We had such a wonderful time for our annual family retreat at your home. It was so beautiful and so very comfortable for our large group including my wife and me, our kids, and grandkids. Every amenity was provided for us. It is rare for us to find a place where all of us can sit around a dining table together. Not only was the house incredible, but Suncadia is gorgeous! We spent a lot of time at the pools and the young ones especially enjoyed the waterslides. Suncadia truly has something for everyone. We hope to come back next year!

  We had a fantastic time with friends at the lodge. The kids (and adults) loved the pool and slides. You can't visit Suncadia without spending your days at the pool. The lodge was outfitted complete for us to cook feasts in and have all kinds of fun and games throughout. Bikes were an unexpected surprise too! Thanks for letting us stay. We can't wait for our next trip!

  I rented this house as a gift to my children and their families for Christmas. There were 12 of us in all and we stay MLK weekend. We LOVED this house. The house is absolutely gorgeous! We were able to enjoy the pool, ice skating, tubing, the hot tub. There were games and toys for my granchildren to play, for our youngest who is 2 to our oldest who is 8. We ate, we played, we created memories we will treasure for ever. This is the 5th year I have rented a large home in the area for my family. I cannot wait to go back to this house; It was beyond perfect!

  We had such a great time. Your home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious for our 9 adults and 8 grandchildren. Everything we needed was right there. The grandkids loved sledding on the hill outside your back door and also enjoyed the swim/fitness center, where they couldn't get enough of the pool and waterslides. Skiing/snowboarding were also fun at the Snoqualmie Summit. The Swiftwater Cellars Winery was incredible! I prepared a Thanksgiving meal on Saturday. It was so relaxing, great family memories were made which was just what I wanted. We finished up our time there with a sleigh ride!!!! Thanks so much for letting us stay in your fabulous home. We are so grateful! We would love to stay in your home again in the near future.

Additional information about rental rates

Feel free to inquire about various rate breaks. For longer stays, we can try to work a deal out. For short stays, we're pretty limited and try to stick to the posted rates.

50% deposit at time of booking. Remainder due 30 days in advance of stay.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

$250 departure cleaning fee. In addition, the resort charges a $50/night resort fee which gives you all of the real Suncadia amenities (access to the pool/fitness center/waterslides, 24 hour front desk service, shuttle, concierge, discounts at golf and resort restaurants). Your entire group will have access to these extras.
