My siblings and I plus spouses (left kids with sitters) surprised our mom for her 70th and rented this house for a long weekend. We had an *amazing* time. In all we had 10 adults, and the house was perfect for this group size. Each couple had a private room, plus we had a large kitchen, dining, and gathering area for group cards at night. The outdoor table seated all of us for our delicious grilled dinners. And we loved being able to walk and run the beach, to walk to the carnival, and even to drive into the city for a Broadway show. We highly recommend a stay here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed here in early June. The house is beautifully decorated. Everything seems brand new. The layout is great for a large family or multiple couples. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. The location is very convenient ..one block up and over from Bradshaw beach and a quick 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. We enjoyed Point Pleasant and the surrounding areas. Since it is only about 1 hour away, we went to Atlantic City on a rainy day. Great vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Rented this property for week prior to Memorial Day and loved this house! It was almost more comfortable than home. Everything was clean, bright, and new. Even nicer than the photo. I would happily rent from these owners again. Very smooth and easy transaction. Returned security deposit very promptly. Lots of attractions, activities and nightlife nearby. Great rental.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: We have used this home for the past 5-6 years as our summer retreat. We purchased the home in 2005 and gutted the entire house down to the studs. The house is admired by all who visit as the location and proximity to the beach can not be beaten. Located close to many wedding venues this home maybe the alternative to high price accomodation for large wedding groups.
