The Villas at Sunset Beach
Sunset Beach is a small community on the Gulf side of scenic Highway 30-A. It consists of beautifully designed, architecturally unique homes and three elegant Mediterranean Villas which are beach front.
Unit 402-B is desirably located on the top floor of the middle villa providing it with unmatched views of the white sand beach and crystal clear blue and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Extensive and well maintained tropical landscaping create a real paradise.
Designed and professionally decorated for private use, you will enjoy many special touches not found in most rental units: custom faux finished walls throughout; beautiful tile floors; wooden plantation shutters in all rooms; quality bed coverings and custom upholstered furniture.
The large balcony looks directly over the pool and out across the Gulf of Mexico. Its comfortable furniture allows for outdoor dining or lounging amidst the soothing sounds of the surf.
The fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops and custom cabinetry is open to the dining and living areas. The custom painting of the kitchen makes it unique and a special part of this wonderful unit.
The spacious master bedroom, with a queen bed, has a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a double sink and vanity and Jacuzzi bath. One guest room has a queen bed with private bath.
The third bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds with its own full bath. There is a laundry room inside the unit with washer and dryer. The entry hall has a large closet that is perfect for storing your beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, coolers, etc.
Unit 402-B is a special, non-smoking unit located in a special community on desirable Highway 30-A. It is an easy two minute stroll to the shops, restaurants and activities of Rosemary Beach and only a ten minute drive to Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach, all of which have their own unique blend of shops, restaurants and activities.
