Gifford Lake Guest House is an exclusive lakefront cottage set amidst the serene and wooded beauty of Gifford Lake. Located between Camden and Williamstown, New York, we feature comfortably elegant decor with cedar log furniture so you will feel you are at an Adirondack Mountain home. Relax in our peaceful setting, take a stroll along the wooded path, or watch fish jump and make lazy circles on the water's surface.

Gifford Lake Guest House is the perfect rental choice for vacations, romantic weekend getaways, sports and fishing excursions. The cottage is very clean, updated and well-equipped.

We are the only property located on Gifford Lake, so you will only share the scenery with your hosts, or occasionally the ospreys, deer and springtime loons and our latest addition...the bald eagles!

Bass fishing, canoeing and swimming are just steps from your front door. We are located only 17 miles (20 minutes) from Pulaski, New York, the salmon fishing capital of the Northeast.

We are also located 30 minutes from Sylvan Beach, NY with excellent restaurants, public beach and an amusement park. Within 40 minutes of the Turning Stone Casino, 90 minutes of Old Forge, NY, and the Adirondack Mountains.

7 Nights for two adults is $825.00 total including all taxes and use of a canoe. Kids stay free. Additional adults are $10.00 per person, per night.

July & August stays require a 5 night minimum stay.

*** Complimentary use of infant equipment including a Graco Travel Crib that converts to a bassinet or play pen, a high chair, and toys.

  • Extraordinary! 1000 Kudos!!! Dave and Beth are the most wonderful "hosts"! They have made this vacation getaway a perfect serene place! Everything one needs is already there...just bring whatever it is that you enjoy to dine upon. Fireflies twinkled during the July evenings, the deep croaking of the bullfrog in the evening was perfect entertainment for sitting outside and enjoying a nice glass of wine to relax after a day of fishing, hiking, or sightseeing in the neighbouring arears. It really is a huge chunk of Heaven, right here on Earth! I will certainly be there again next year for a repeat!

  • I came to Gifford Lake expecting to have a pleasant time with 4 other friends. I was very pleased with the guesthouse and Dave and Beth. They made us feel very welcome and before we left we booked the guest house for next year. Relaxing is the only word to describe this property. We fished, rowed, canoed and I read 4 books while sitting outside. What can I say. Campfires were pleasant and the scenery is breathtaking.

My wife and I have been here many of times and never had a bad time very nice and relaxing.
