Why the Owner Chose Holmes Beach:
We loved the quaint nature of Anna Maria Island. AMI has only two high rises on the whole island. All other buildings are limited to three stories with the first story designated for parking. We loved the wide, sandy beach, the heated pool, the convenience of an elevator, and the many outstanding restaurants nearby.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy taking the free trolley to nearby shopping and restaurants. We also enjoy spring training baseball, trips to Disney World with our grandchildren, Arts and Crafts Shows, and walking and shelling on the beach.
