This home was everything we expected from the listing. The owner was helpful and accomodating. The house was clean and comfortable with all appliances in good working condition. For part of our stay, another adult couple joined us, and the house was perfect for two couples because of the arrangement of the two separate master suites. We used the extra wide double garage plus a long driveway for off-street parking which accomodated our boat trailer. We especially enjoyed boating to restaurants and to site-see on the chain of lakes. From this central location just minutes from Mt. Dora, we took day trips to The Villages, Orlando, St. Augustine, Winter Park, and more.Owner response: Wonderful guests who took excellent care of our home. We are so pleased that they found our description complete and representative of what we promised.

This is a year-round extended stay or relocation rental with a 1 month minimum $2300/month (cleaning fees,taxes,utilities (except long distance are all included) $1000 reservation fee will become your security deposit and will be returned within 10 days of departure. Annual rental will also be considered. Contact owner to discuss particulars.
