Your vacation home became home to me and my husband while working in the area. We enjoyed the location and the amenities offered. Comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen were enjoyed. Nice extras like beach towels and chairs were special touches.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

The right place to be----your condo is just wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and everything was right at hand. It is just what I like, beach, decorations, furniture and all. About the owner: We are a retired couple who have lived most of our lives in Pittsburgh, PA and Chicago, IL and we love the warm sunny weather in Florida. We don't miss the cold, snowy weather at all! We love to be on the beach, riding our bikes, walking along the beautiful trails the Tampa Bay area has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Belleair Beach:
We choose Belleair Beach for our first venture into a vacation rental for the beautiful location on the Gulf of Mexico, it is so laid back and still so close to everything and is only a 5 to 10 minute drive from our home so we can be hands on with our renters.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy waking up and enjoying our first cup of coffee on the calm, relaxing Gulf of Mexico and then walking the beach to our favorite breakfast spot, Maggie Mays, less than a mile away. Riding our bikes along the flat roads to many shops, pubs, etc. We really appreciate being able to pull into our marked parking space right outside our back door to unload our groceries, luggage and all the wonderful items we find on our outings. Relaxing inside or heading to the pool for a cool dip is always a plus.
It is just so relaxing to stay in this smaller condo complex where the people are friendly and the area is so beautiful.
