  My family of four just returned from five nights at the house on Mapleton and it met all of our needs and expectations wonderfully. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with appreciated environmentally/socially responsible detergents and cleaning products. My five year old and seven year old shared the room with two beds and were out playing in the snow before breakfast our first day there. It is a good base for Eldora skiing or walking, jogging or biking into downtown for shopping on Pearl Street or recreation on the Boulder Creek Path. The nearby Whole Foods was very handy too. Thank you, Asa, for the friendly hospitality and the loan of your snow toys.

  My family and I just spent the past week at this rental and we couldn't have been happier. The space was clean, organized, and comfortable. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Target (best store ever if you ask my kids), and a couple of parks. I would recommend this home to a friend in a heart beat. Thank you for a perfect "home away from home" during our trip!

  It's always a gamble, especially if you come from far (Amsterdam in my case), whether the real thing meets the description/photos. Well, it more than did in this case. I spent 5 excellent and relaxed weeks in this house that comes with everything you need, up till floor heating in the bathroom. On top of that it's tastefully decorated and the area is peaceful and quiet, never seen so much squirrels as in "my" garden here. It really is one the best places I rented so far (and that's quite a lot). The owners Asa and Kim are wonderful hosts, helpful and around when needed. The location is wonderful, close to Boulder centre, Wholefoods and Safeways, restaurants, trails and much more. No car required. Why did I leave? Basically because I had to... but I'll be back. Also to finally climb some of the Fourteeners. Thanks again and hopefully my bike still serves your brother well.

  We stayed in this rental with our two younger children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were wonderful. The location was perfect. We walked to dinner and breakfast many times. It is also walking distance to Whole Foods. The decorating was straight out of a magazine and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen also came equipped with an espresso machine, which we used every morning. This is the perfect rental!

  I loved staying here it was a great getaway. Boulder is amazing and so was this rental! VERY clean and big enough for my family. My two year old loved it. Everything was clean and new it was a pleasure to come to the city and stay in such a nice, quiet and modern oasis in Boulder. The kitchen was modern and fully stocked with everything you might need to cook and Whole Foods is just down the street. Loved the Google TV! We will be back again. The owners were there if we needed anything we could just call.. Thanks to Asa and Kim.

  Great place to stay! Gobs of room. Felt safe. Owner's were very accommodating. I recommend that all out of town CU parents check into this home instead of a hotel. You won't be sorry!

  I LOVED staying at this property - it is centrally located (easy walk to Pearl St. and many other restaurants and stores), beautifully decorated, very clean with new appliances and hardware, and the owners have thought of nearly everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and comfortable. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, rain shower, high thread count sheets and TemperPedic mattress and pillows as I have chronic neck pain, but they also provide regular and down pillows to suite all tastes. The main living space isn't huge but it doesn't need to be as the open design has a great flow; my four friends and I were very comfortable during out stay. Lastly, Kim and Asa were very easy going and helpful; they are easy to get in touch with, worked with us on our check in/out times, and suggested a few different restaurant options, one of which my boyfriend and I tried and loved (organic Creole style breakfast/lunch at Lucille's on 14th St.). I know where I'll be staying whenever I'm in Boulder :)
