We had a great time staying in your condo. The condo is fully updated and had everything and more than we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella, the snorkeling and the roller cart were put to use daily. The grills are convenient and we grilled up shrimp, steaks and fish for dinner a few nights. Breakfast on the lanai we perfect, with the flowers and birds. The short walk to Charley Young beach tool about 3 minutes. We tried other beaches in the area, but liked beach the most. The condo is nicely decorated and updated with the granite counter tops, the new appliances including the stove, microwave and two coffee makers to just name a few. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all everything we needed to cook and grill. Also, the short walk to the Kehei downtown was nice. We walked to the local establishments and the grocery store. The outside of the complex was nicely kept and the pool was a refreshing break from the beach. We took advantage of the selection of guidebooks and found some great place to eat and Sansei and and Nick's Fishmarket for happy hour and also dinner. We will be recommending the condo to our friends who are looking to travel to Maui. Mahalo

Of the four condos we rented on the Hawaii islands, definitely the best one! Close to the beach, comfortable, well equipped, new appliances, clean, quiet and close to everything … we recommend it without hesitation! Sylvie Montreuil and Alain Saucier

We loved the condo. It was clean and well kept with everything we needed. The decor was very pleasant and location was fantastic. We can't wait to come back and we would love to stay here again! The condo had everything from new stainless steel appliances, a small beach cooler, fridge with ice, and a keurig!!

I was in Kihei for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday. I loved staying in this condo. It's beautifully decorated, very functional, can accommodate up to 3 guests. Also quiet and has all the necessary amenities. It’s a walking distance from the beach, restaurants, surf and SUP school and grocery stores. Diane was so generous with information and prompt to respond to my many emails. The instructions sent prior to my arrival (itinerary, nearby points of interest, access…) were clear and exhaustive. The condo is clean and well maintained. In addition, the owners provide beach chairs, towels, body boards…etc. So you do not have to worry about schlepping them during your travel. The condo is 10 mn drive from the big beach in Makena which was my favorite spot during my vacation and 20 mn drive from Paia and Lahaina. So you get the best of all worlds without being stuck in traffic or overcrowded locations…It’s definitely a great condo to rent and I promised myself I will defiantly come back to stay in this condo in the near future…

A beautiful, clean condo. Every detail was looked after from boogie boards, sand toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs, etc. When we arrive, we have everything we need to go to the beach the same day!

This was by far one of the more superior VRBO Maui Vista rentals we have had in the past 10 years. Not only was the property clean and extremely well maintained, but the amenities within the property were excellent; there were was everything you could want for a quiet day or an evening of entertaining. The listing description was exactly as it was. This will be our #1 choice from this point forward; we have already recommended this property to friends and relatives.

Impeccable condo in a great complex w/ all ammenities - walking distance to beaches, shops/rest's

We loved our week long stay in this gorgeous condo. The owners actually use this place so they furnished it with all top of line finishes and it is stocked with tons of gear for outdoor activities. The condo complex is immpecably maintained daily, we used the grills nightly, there are tennis courts and pools too - lots of parking. If anyone is not considering this condo b/c it is not right on the beach (we had reservations ourselves) you should know that the main strip/road where 100% of the beach front condos are is very active and loud - lots of shops and bars and restaurants everywhere. The building this condo is in is 2nd from the road (another building in the same complex is on the road) - being just slightly back gave this place complete peace & solitude. We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed our coffee in the quiet. And then walked 5 minutes to the beach with a buggy the owners provide to cart your gear - at night we left the gear home and walked to the different shops and restaurants. Nice safe place in paradise - we look forward to going back someday.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location

We spent a quick weekend at this apartment and enjoyed it immensely. We made use of the boogie boards and beach chairs, cooked breakfast and dinner, and really enjoyed the quick trip to the beach for swimming during the day or the sunset in the evening. We would stay there again.

This was our first trip to Maui and it could not have been better. The city of Kihei, the people, and the location of the condo made our trip most wonderful. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and appeared to be recently renovated as everything looked new and in great condition. It is also centrally located and only minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches we have been to that never seemed to be too busy. My wife and I felt like we were right at home and wished we could have stayed longer. We cannot wait for our next trip to Kihei!

BEAUTIFUL condo close to a BREATH-TAKING beach

Oh my goodness, this condo was AMAZING. The pictures really don't do it justice. It is beautifully decorated. My sister and mother and I walked in with our mouths open. Of course one of the first things we did was look around: opened doors, cupboards, closets, etc. Diane and Randal have thought of everything. Short of milk in the fridge, they had everything we needed. Details like this really make ALL the difference. The rental has air-conditioning. Not all condos in Hawaii have this commodity and it was one thing I really appreciated during our time in Maui. Other vacationers in the complex were thoughtful, friendly and quiet. The beach was a gentle walk away, maybe 3 to 5 minutes. It was one of the most beautiful I've been to and the sand was incredibly soft. Seeing the sunset is a must. All kinds of restaurants and shopping were nearby. Diane was quick to get a hold of whenever we had any questions. I'd highly recommend this rental and hope to return in the near future.

This condo has met all our expectations and above. It was first experience for me and my husband to rent a condo for our vacation, especially without seeing it in person. However, the description of the amenities, layout, and location of the property itself was very accurate. Moreover, once we had arrived, it looked even better than we had anticipated: very clean, newly renovated with tasteful decor, including brand new appliances. We really appreciated to have a new fridge with filtered water and always ready to serve ice: it goes a long way when you are in a hot climate, like Maui. In the evening, 2 A/C and two flat screen TVs will make everyone to enjoy the rest of the day. During our stay, we felt that the owners have thought about many details to meets their guests needs: multiple kitchen wear, beach gears, including snorkel equipment, boards and etc. Moreover, if you like to play tennis on the resort grounds- Diane and Randy have thought about rackets and balls. Due to the layout location of this condo in the building, it was very quiet and private, which would allow us to enjoy our breakfast meals on lanai. Location was great: walking distance to the beach (very nice beach), to the shopping, and many restaurants. We would definitively stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.

Location is perfect and place is exactly as it appears on the photos! The unit is simply fantastic - it is very clean and well-maintained. The resort is pretty good - it has all the good things you need for perfect stay. The owners were helpful and very friendly! I would always highly recommend this place to anyone! We want to thank you for the experience of staying in a condo vs. a hotel! This was a first for us, and it was absolutely perfect. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The condo was in a perfect location. It was an easy drive to any location we wanted to explore. The decor was very modern and contemporary. The kitchen had everything we needed. We borrowed your snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and The Road To Hana cd. Thank you for thinking about every single detail. It made our stay great, and we will be staying here again when we visit Maui!

A friend told us about this wonderful opportunity to stay near a fabulous beach (Charley Young) in South Kihei and we jumped in. It was everything one would want in a condo complex and more. The decor was very tasteful, the equipment covered all our needs, and the owners made the arrival and departure so seamless,we would stay there again if we were heading in that direction. Kudos to both of them!

The unit is just as the photos show - nicely renovated, clean, well maintained with all new appliances.The unit location is perfect - in the second (quiet) building, away from the Kihei street noise. Maui Vista is located right across the street from Charlie Young Beach, one of the nicest beaches in Maui. The owners thought of everything to make a renter's stay enjoyable including such items as beach chairs, mats, snorkel gear, beach cooler. The owners were very attentive in responding to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this condo unit to our friends and family.

What a beautiful condo and incredible time I had at Maui. This condo had everything that was needed, and the decor is extremely attractive. You can tell that they did not spare any expense on remodeling, it is very elaborate. The beautiful ceramic floors and granite counter tops are very attractive and modern. Everything is color coordinated, from the flooring to the furniture and wall hangings. Our party cooked and the place was equipped with all the necessities. When the three of us walked in we were all very impressed! Outside, on the patio, I was pleased with the privacy and beauty. You will see beautiful palm trees and a view of the pool. The owner has wonderful taste in decor. The condo is very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants; all the needed vacation highlights at walking distance. I highly recommend this as a choice for a vacation. This will be a great vacation experience! It was for me!

We stayed for a week and could not have been happier with the facilities. The unit has obviously been recently remodeled and everything was very up to date and fresh. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen was great - well stocked and nicely set up. Lots of room, including the bathroom, and very light. It was very comfortable. The beach was exceptional and just a short walk - couldn't ask for a better location. We will definitely wanting to go back!

This wonderful condo was very comfortable with all of the amenities you need for a great vacation. From a fully loaded kitchen to a variety of sports gear, quality bedding, beach towels, and then some, we were well taken care of for our special vacation with our 2 children! The condo was extremely clean and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and live nightly entertainment right next door. Very safe! The pool was a great place to socialize and a 2 minute walk to the stunning sunsets on the beach. A wonderful vacation to remember.
