Island Echos Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and overlook the white sandy beach and emerald-green waters of Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The long time family favorite seven-story classic beach retreat features one Gulf front pool heated seasonally and a shuffleboard court that is fun for the entire family. Tennis courts are a wonderful addition to the amenities and are lighted for playing at night. The grills and a picnic area are located close to the pool with a view of the Gulf. This great vacation resort is conveniently located the restaurants attractions and shopping of both Fort Walton Beach and Destin.
This beautiful, fourth floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this brightly decorated, fun vacation rental unit include a Brand New kitchen with all new appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath and second bath have tubs. The living room has a large flat screen TV with a DVD player. The two bedrooms have TVs and VCRs. There are mirrored walls in the living room and master bedroom. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
This unit is designed to sleep six in complete comfort and privacy.

Guest had to sit on wobbly dinning rm chairs, sofa bed sat way too low, facets leaked in guest bath, drain wouldn't plug in master bath and hole in master bed room ceiling. Other than the above had a great time and wonderful view from deck.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
Owner response: I am so sorry that this guest found these things as warranting a less than perfect review. After reading this review we immediately had our contact person go to this condo to check them out. What we found was, there were two screws loose on one of the kitchen chairs which have now been tightened, the plug to the bath tub was sitting on the bathtub, the leak from the faucet, a small leak, has been fixed. The sofa bed does sit a little low, however, that is the way it was built. The hole that the guest spoke of is actually a corner in the cieling is missing a little bit of plaster. There is no hole.

Great vacation and place to stay with my family. Right on the beach with great views and away from all the traffic. Would love to come back in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had a great time this year at Island Echoes! Our third time staying there, so pleased with the family atmosphere and wonderful oceanfront view. Thanks to Teri for being so easy to work with. Our children love the bright colors and theme that this condo offers!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This property is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The condo is sparkling clean, the master bedroom is huge and beautifully decorated and so is the other bedroom!! The patio/balcony is great and offers an incredible view and the sunsets are breathtaking. The beach is like your backyard and what an amazing beach this is! This condo has all the comforts of home ~ you will never want to leave! And once you rent with Teri you will never want to rent from anyone else!!! She has always been wonderful and very easy to deal with!!! Definately planning my next years trip now!!! :))Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.
