We make the booking process easy and secure, no hassles or worries. You can book online through our secure website and see all about us, our properties and services; or just give us a call and we will book for you on the phone.

After booking, you will be introduced to one of the members of our wonderful concierge team, who will answer all of your questions, and working with you to arrange a time to meet and greet you at the property so they can offer a proper building and unit orientation, make sure you know how to use everything and know the best places to go.

We hope you will let us show you what customer service is all about. It is the fun part for us after all.

We find most of our guests enjoy sharing their experiences while relaxing in the condo after a fun filled day or they often respond to our thank you email and share their experiences then. This condo has a sunny position and disposition with all of its windows and light coloured furnishings, hence the name Sunny Astoria. Thoughtful planning make this a stand out property with all of the amenities you expect in a high end condo and then some.

A King size bed with luxury bed linens will lull you to sleep in no time. Custom “black out” curtains have been installed for those summer nights when it is light outside until 10:30 pm and at the crack of dawn.

Enjoy the views from the balcony, particularly the sunsets. Enjoy a beverage of your choice as you watch the sky light up into all of the various hues of pinks, blues and purples. The balcony is but one venue to take it all in, these same sunset views can be seen form just about every room in the place.

A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including all of the basic items stocked such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, plastic wrap, foil and often much more, but if you find you need something else, all you have to do is ask and we will bring it to you.

The office/den has been set up to meet many needs. It holds a desk facing out to the balcony and a day bed that can be used as a couch or can be made up for an extra person to sleep. Compact dressers have been installed in both rooms to store your things. The bedroom has a full size closet as well.

The foyer has a coat/storage closet equipped with recyclable bags for shopping and a rolling cart to get the heavier items home. In suite laundry room is adjacent to hall closet.

The entertainment system comes complete with two Ipod docking stations (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), LED HDTV and high speed wifi internet.
There is in suite washer and dryer. A secure underground Private Parking space is included as well.

The Astoria building has a rec room with billiards (available to those 16 and older) and a fitness room as well. Secure underground parking comes with your rental.
