The rental process was seamless. We were holding our breath as we drove up to the cabin, you never know if the description matches reality. We were pleasantly surprised, the cabin was better than we hopped. The cabin was clean, well stocked , the spa was already hot and ready for us. I can only think of one thing that wasn't perfect, and that was that the hot water was only warm at best. Lucky, I know how to turn a knob and adjust the water temp. up. Problem solved. The do's and don't list is a little intimidating, but with a small amount of effort to cleaning up after ourselves we received our full deposit back within a couple of days. We are looking forward to our next Big Bear Destination.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
