  Definitely lives up to its name. Beautiful view in living room, in master bedroom you wake up to the sea. It is walking distance from everything you want to see in Folly beach. Great outdoor space that was wonderful for small children. Overall the rental is extremely clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Easy to check in and feel at home. We will definitely stay here again!

  This truly is the Perfect 1. The property is just as it states, amazing views and close to everything. It was such a joy to relax on the balcony, listen to the waves and to be only steps from the ocean as well as everything Folly has to offer. The property was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and decorated very nicely. I would absolutely stay here again. The owners were very easy to work with and also made great recommendations for local Folly flavor. Hope to back again here next year!

  My family spent an extended weekend for the Easter holiday and found the rental to be perfect for us. We were delighted by the location, just next to the Pier and ocean front. My girls (ages 9 & 4) enjoyed visiting the gift shop and walking out the pier. They also played on the beach, which was clean and very nice. My parents enjoyed the elevator which was ideal for my father who has a bad knee. The view from the porch was terrific, we had bright sunshine all day and comfy furniture to lounge on. We walked to dinner at the local eatery's and shopped at the local shops, which are very nearby. We enjoyed the convenience of everything, all within walking distance with great food, drinks and live music. The rental unit itself was very well equipped, nice bedding, very clean, well furnished and again, right on the beach.

  We found this rental to indeed be The Perfect One! The location cannot be beat. There is beach access right beside the unit and downtown Folly is within easy walking distance. The unit is well maintained and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the porch. The owner was helpful and provided a useful list about local businesses and restaurants. It is also a great location if you want to be on the beach but also visit Charleston. It is an easy and quick trip in to the city.

  Lovely and comfortable,with perfect ocean views, and an unbeatable location.We walked to the little grocery store and cooked in most nights because we felt "at home, but on the ocean." Loved it!

  I absolutely cannot wait to get back to this home. We stayed here for eight nights this month and it has never been more difficult to leave and get back to work. I wish we were there now! The location couldn't be better. It is a block from all of the restaurants and bars and borders the beach access passthrough. If you aren't going into Charleston, you won't need a car. Everything is walkable for Folly Beach. The home was perfect as well. It was a hot week so we didn't use the jacuzzi tub but it was huge and we will use it when we make it back there in the colder season. The furniture was very nice and the view was impecable. It's difficult to photograph a condo and the pictures don't do this justice. The elevator is right outside the front door which made for easy loading/unloading of luggage. The owner was always prompt to reply! I love this place and will come back.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our Folly Beach vacation! The condo was well furnished. The photos and descriptions were completely accurate. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The condo was so close to everything! We enjoyed walking to shops, to Bert's for a last minute item, or to any of the restaurants on Folly. Rita's, The Crab Shack, Black Magic Cafe and Bowen's Island were all great to eat at. Very laid back atmosphere all around. We really liked how welcoming everyone was to dogs. Several restaurants allowed dogs on their outside patios, even having water bowls available. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a laid back, relaxing vacation.

  You will not be disappointed with this rental. The condo is everything and more as described in the description. We loved the convenience of walking to downtown Folly, the pier, and of course the beach. The balcony / view was awesome - we enjoyed sitting out there all times during the day and night. The keyless entry was a major plus especially since we had teens traveling with us. The elevator was a nice convenience, especially when bringing in groceries, and our bulky beach items. We will contact the owner again when we travel to Folly. The condo was our home away from home. Thanks - Greg for everything. It was a pleasure working with you.

  What a beautiful place to enjoy Folly Beach! It's close to the pier and all the restaurants. Given it's close proximity to the village, this unit was very quiet and relaxing. The views are incredible and the unit is beautifully decorated. It is also a great location for exploring the low country. We made many day trips to Charleston and the area plantations. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return very soon!

  We had an excellent stay at this condo. My party included my 84 year old mother and 77 year old uncle along with a 82 year old friend. The elevator was right outside the condo and it was easy access to the beach and the pier. We would highly recommend this place.
