Welcome to our home away from home. Gulf Highlands Resort is located between Front Beach and Middle Beach Road, with the main entrance on Middle Beach Road. There is a Super Wal-Mart and Publix with in a five minute drive. The Resort is Gated for that extra feeling of safety.
You will be staying in the newest and nicest section of the resort called the Island. We are just a short walk to the beach. At the beach we have a Club House and Private Pool. There is so much to do we have six tennis courts, 11 pools, putt putt, a gym, and shuffleboard.
The townhouse is beautifully decorated. The upstairs has a master bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom with over sized tub, and a balcony that overlooks the largest and nicest of the 11 pools on the resort. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom. In the hall between the two rooms there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have TV's and over sized closets.
The downstairs has a full kitchen with everything you would need to cook and eat. Off of one of the kitchen counters is a eating area with four bar stools. The dining room has a table with six chairs. In between the dining room and living room is a nice wet bar fully stock with glass ware. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a leather recliner, a love seat, a TV and VCR. You can walk out of this great living room into a screened in porch. It's perfect for storing you pool floats or the kids beach toys. After you leave the screened in porch we have a tiled patio that has a patio table and chairs. It would be a great place for drinking your morning coffee or relaxing after a day in the sun. You can cook on the gas grill and enjoy a meal outside under the full palm trees that shade the patio. You are also only a few steps from the patio to the largest and newest pool in the entire resort.
Additional Information: You must be 25 years old or older to rent. There is no smoking in the townhouse. Animals are not permitted.

Gulf Highlands is very family friendly, clean, great security with in walking distance to the beach. You park in front of your townhouse so you are not parking in a parking deck and then riding in a elevator. Your townhouse backs up to the largest pool on the resort.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
There are TV's in every bedroom and living room. The townhouse has a tiled patio with a grill and table and chairs for an out door cook out. There is a canal out the front of the townhouse that the kids can bring their fishing poles to fish in. This is a two story town house, with a full kitchen and washer/dryer.

This is our second year to be staying at this condo. This is a super place and located near everything. There is a very large pool [125ft] in the back yard. The beach is just across the street so you don't have to drive.You will not believe the inside it is so plush and has all the conviences of home. I could go on forever but you need to see it yourself.

THE CONDO WAS WONDERFUL, MASTER BEDROOM WAS VERY NICE WITH IT'S OWN PRIVATE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE POOL, VERY CLEAN AND A GREAT LOCATION. THE CANAL WAS OUT THE FRONT DOOR AND THE LARGEST POOL WAS JUST A FEW FEET OUT THE BACK DOOR. IT'S REALLY JUST A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. MY SON CAUGHT SEVERAL LARGE FISH FROM THE CANAL.. WALMART IS JUST DOWN THE ROAD. VERY GOOD LOCATION FOR A LOT OF ATTRACTIONS AND STORES. I WOULD LOVE TO STAY IN THIS CONDO AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

This place is great! I took my family down this summer (Wife, 1, 3 and 6 year old) and we had a great time. It is located inside of Gulf Highlands so it is off the main drag but really close to the beach and the largest pool in the whole place is only a few steps out the back door. Susanne was extremely helpful and friendly and we got the deposit back really fast. We would love to visit this place again when in Panama City. The Barrett Family.

We stayed at this condo which is owned by Susanne 7/24-8/1/11! This condo is extremely nice! Very clean and decorated just beautiful! We had six people and it fit all of us very comfortably. You walk right out back porch and pool is right there. Walk to beach was very close! Mini golf course was alot of fun and she provides clubs and balls. My daughter and son had fun fishing in canal right across parking lot and feeding the turtles every night. My kids are ages 19, 16 and 13 and they all had a blast. Night life walking up and down strip was so fun for them. Rocket Lanes is right down street with bowling, roller skating and pool. Ice cream shop right down from there is the BEST!!! Pier Park was incredible with shopping and nightlife!!! I would def. recommend staying at Susanne's condo. Deposit was returned within a couple days! We will def. be going back again next year!!!

The Town House was clean and very spacious. The pool is just a few steps from the back door and is the largest pool in the complex. We used the grill for a cook out one night and the patio table was perfect for us. Pineapple Willy's, Margaritiville at Pier Park, and Captain Anderson's are a must to dine while in Panama City. Our deposit was quickly returned and we plan to vacation here next year.

I went with three of my cousins and we had a wonderful time. This condo was so nice and plush. The 125 ft pool. was literaly steps out from the back door. The property owner was so helpful and a very nice person . She could always be reached. Overal this was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. We are looking toward to next year with hopes that we can rent this property again. I have already told all of my family and friends about our wonderful and relaxing experience we had.
