We recently stayed in this Gulf Highlands condo and loved it. The condo was clean and was equipped with everything you could possibly need! We lacked nothing! The largest pool in the complex was right outside our back door. And, when we went to the beach, it was just a short walk and we were there. Everyone we met was very friendly and I like the fact that it's a gated community. We are already planning a future trip to Panama City Beach and we are going to rent this condo again. Thanks Susanne for letting us share your condo and we look forward to doing the same again in the future!!!!

I can not thank Susanne enough for allowing us to rent her condo for a week during Spring Break. We had the best time this year. The location was great. I enjoy being able to park at the front door and not having to wait on any elevators. She can pencil me in again for next year for sure. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Very nice place to stay, the bed in the master is so comfortable and the town home is so spacious. Easy access to everything. LOVED IT!!!!

This is our second year to be staying at this condo. This is a super place and located near everything. There is a very large pool [125ft] in the back yard. The beach is just across the street so you don't have to drive.You will not believe the inside it is so plush and has all the conviences of home. I could go on forever but you need to see it yourself.

THE CONDO WAS WONDERFUL, MASTER BEDROOM WAS VERY NICE WITH IT'S OWN PRIVATE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE POOL, VERY CLEAN AND A GREAT LOCATION. THE CANAL WAS OUT THE FRONT DOOR AND THE LARGEST POOL WAS JUST A FEW FEET OUT THE BACK DOOR. IT'S REALLY JUST A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. MY SON CAUGHT SEVERAL LARGE FISH FROM THE CANAL.. WALMART IS JUST DOWN THE ROAD. VERY GOOD LOCATION FOR A LOT OF ATTRACTIONS AND STORES. I WOULD LOVE TO STAY IN THIS CONDO AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

Wonderful Townhome!

This place is great! I took my family down this summer (Wife, 1, 3 and 6 year old) and we had a great time. It is located inside of Gulf Highlands so it is off the main drag but really close to the beach and the largest pool in the whole place is only a few steps out the back door. Susanne was extremely helpful and friendly and we got the deposit back really fast. We would love to visit this place again when in Panama City. The Barrett Family.

We stayed at this condo which is owned by Susanne 7/24-8/1/11! This condo is extremely nice! Very clean and decorated just beautiful! We had six people and it fit all of us very comfortably. You walk right out back porch and pool is right there. Walk to beach was very close! Mini golf course was alot of fun and she provides clubs and balls. My daughter and son had fun fishing in canal right across parking lot and feeding the turtles every night. My kids are ages 19, 16 and 13 and they all had a blast. Night life walking up and down strip was so fun for them. Rocket Lanes is right down street with bowling, roller skating and pool. Ice cream shop right down from there is the BEST!!! Pier Park was incredible with shopping and nightlife!!! I would def. recommend staying at Susanne's condo. Deposit was returned within a couple days! We will def. be going back again next year!!!

The Town House was clean and very spacious. The pool is just a few steps from the back door and is the largest pool in the complex. We used the grill for a cook out one night and the patio table was perfect for us. Pineapple Willy's, Margaritiville at Pier Park, and Captain Anderson's are a must to dine while in Panama City. Our deposit was quickly returned and we plan to vacation here next year.

I went with three of my cousins and we had a wonderful time. This condo was so nice and plush. The 125 ft pool. was literaly steps out from the back door. The property owner was so helpful and a very nice person . She could always be reached. Overal this was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. We are looking toward to next year with hopes that we can rent this property again. I have already told all of my family and friends about our wonderful and relaxing experience we had.

This was a wonderful townhouse/condo. The unit was clean, with pleanty of space, and all of the ammenities from home. The pool was approx 15 steps away from unit, and back screened porch was great to keep beach toys, chairs, etc., and a waterhose to wash sand off. The beach was a very short walk from unit. Susanne (owner) was very delightful to work with. Communication was great. I would highly recommend to anyone, and we plan on returning again soon. Quick deposit refund.

My husband and I had such a great time for the week. The pool is the largest pool I have ever seen and it was right out the back door, about 30 yards, so close. We used the beach chairs and umbrella in the closet for the beach they were very handy. Susanne was so nice to answer questions and everything we needed was in the townhouse.

We had a great time, Susanne was really nice to work with if you have any questions she will always try to answer them, The condo was clean and lots of space, The pool is in the back yard, and the beach is in walking distance. Our family has been vacationing in Panama City for the last 6 years, and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The description and photos don't do this condo justice. It's extremely spacious, it's right by the largest pool in the complex and it's close to everything. My husband was so impressed with the location, size and price that he says we'll be staying here every summer from now on, and that's just fine with me. We had six people stay at Susanne's townhome for a week while my son played baseball in world series (park was just around the corner). We were very impressed witht the size of the townhouse and the comfortable ammenities that were so close by. We were very pleased with how clean and stocked it was. Susanne was great to work with too. We look forward to coming back to Susanne's townhome again!

We stayed a week over the fourth of july and had a great time. We were down for a baseball tournament and the whole team was able to stay on grande island. It was like having your own pool in the back yard. The beach was a short and safe walk. everything about this unit was accomodating: the furnishings,appliances,location.I would definitely recommend this property and unit and I will try to stay again at 197 if we return to PC beach in the future.

Our stay at Gulf Highland Resort was awesome. My family and my kids loved everything about it. The walk to the beach was beautiful and short. Had everything we needed for cooking and keeping our clothes clean the whole time we were there. We were close to ALL the attractions we wanted to go see. I stronly recomend this home to anyone looking for a great time to relax and have fun!!!

They say everything is about the timming. The timming and the place was right for our stay. The initial inquiry with the owner was very friendly and professional. The rental process from begining to end was simple and on time. The place was cleaned and stocked as discussed on our arrival. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Gulf Highlands Resorts. We were pleased as soon as we walked in. It was like home away from home with all the amenities that we enjoy in our own home. The pool and the grounds were well kept. After enjoying all the hustle and bustle of the beach all day it was great to retire to a nice quiet place to relax. This Condo was very neat and clean. Having a pool in the back door was great for the kids. This was the first condo that was so well stocked with all the necessities that was like being at home. We loved it!! Having a pool right outside the back door for a morning swimm, perfect. A so close to everything we hardly even cranked the car the whole week. The place was cute and clean and well taken care of, so there was nothing to do but play, and eat, enjoy that fab. beach/sun/breeze and people.

Wow!!! This condo was terrific! Clean, nicely decorated, efficient, convenient and spacious--everything we needed to make our vacation wonderful. We had plenty of room for our entire family. Proximity to the pool and resort facilities was great. When we go back to PCB, Gulf Highlands 197 will be our first choice for accommodations!

Well, I don't even know how to begin. There are just SOOO many good things to say about our stay at this immaculate condo. The convenience of the pool being directly outside of the wonderful screened in porch is only the beginning. It was very well stocked with all the necessities that make a house a home. It is so clean yet still very livable and comfortable. The gated community made us feel so safe and secure. The neighbors are also extremely amiable. Words cannot describe how great my stay here was. I cannot wait to go back and spend another enjoyable week. I would highly recommend others go see for themselves as well.

This condo is very nicely furnished and spacious. We arrived to a very clean and comfortable place. All the creature comforts are there, no need to take alot of stuff with you. It is in a great location, close to the island pool and the beach! It is centrally located and you can access any part of P.C. Beach. It is great for kids also. Thanks for making our trip pleasurable. Does need a DVD player.

I wanted to express how enjoyable our time was in PCB because of this wonderful, cute, clean condo! Our family had the best week ever! We loved the spacious rooms and the big screened in porch. A huge plus was that since the condo is so close to the pool, my baby monitor signals reached with no problems so that we could enjoy the pool while our toddler napped in the afternoon. The owner has the place abundantly stocked with detergent, napkins, garbage bags, plenty of towels, rags, cleaning supplies, etc. By far, the nicest place in PC! We would definitely love to rent from this owner again. :)

Clean and wonderfully furnished. Many helpful and cost reducing items in the condo to make your stay more comfortable. For example,paper towels and trash bags, that's one less trip to Wal-mart.
