This luxury home is located at the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the beautiful Animas Valley just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory).
The kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet kitchen and the main living space features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player as well as assorted games, movies, CDs and books.
The 2,100 square foot home also features a washer/dryer, 2 car garage, deck with gas bbq grill and central AC.
The centerpiece of Dalton Ranch is its challenging 7,040-yard championship semi-private golf course. Built along the Animas River, Dalton Ranch incorporates numerous wetlands and lakes.
Trimble Hot Springs with full spa is less then a mile from the house as well as endless recreational opportunities- tennis, golf, hiking, biking, swimming, downhill and cross country skiing, fly fishing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing (the list is endless really).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, lift tickets, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities as well as the Durango/Silverton Train.

We had two couples renting this beautiful home in Durango it was eight miles from town but it was easy access to everything , we really enjoyed the house it was like being at home , well stocked kitchen and very well kept home that i would recomend to family an friends , an hope to return real soonRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
