This unit has been totally renovated
C E N T R A L..A I R C O N D I T I O N I N G keeps the unit always comfortable. It has a new tiled kitchen with new appliances and an open counter with additional seating through to the dining room area for a larger open feeling. The bathroom has also been newly upgraded for 2013. It is clean and comfortable. This unit is one of the nicest and cleanest Ocean City New Jersey Vacation Rental available.
There are resurfaced hardwood floors through-out with area carpets. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, two rooms have full-size Pillow Top Bedding and one room has two twin beds. A special feature is our large private covered front porch. It has a table with seating for six for outside dinning, And a seperate seating area with large cushioned patio furniture to relax. We also provide a gas BBQ Grill. There is a large, clean enclosed outside shower on the side of the house for showering after the beach or any time.A Full size washer and cloth dryer are free to use in your laundry room.
For our Guests we constantly maintain and provide many upgrades to the property through out the year. The unit is always kept fresh and as clean as could be. PETS & SMOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED. The neighborhood is all family vacationers having an Old Fashioned Good Time.
This property is less than 100 yards from a clean ,Lifeguard protected W O R L D..C L A S S..B E A C H. That has clean public restrooms, A Lifeguard First aid station, Popular restaurants that serve the best breakfast, lunch, and Dinners. And of course, the start of the boardwalk with a ramp for biking, running, walking, or just sitting watching the views,Right at the beginning of the street.
It is located in a Quieter, Well Maintained North End Island Neighborhood. There are churches,shopping,delis,Ice Cream parlours,Parks with play areas and popular restaurants all within a few blocks at walking distance.There is something or nothing to do for Everyone right outside the door.
DEPOSITS AND PROCEDURES:A $300.00 per week deposit is required in order to reserve your week or weeks.Pricing and availability are not guaranteed without this deposit.We recommend next day mail to insure your reservation.This would then become your refundable security/cleaning deposit. When we recieve this deposit we will then prepare and mail/e-mail you a lease agreement,with half of the rate due with the signed returned lease.The other half will be due ONE month before check-in.
If there are less than 30 days at signing and returning of the lease agreement the full balance and security will be due at this time with a certified check, money order or Bank Check only.Your security deposit and Full Payment will be the only way to block out your week or weeks, We suggest sending it via FedEx or next day Express mail. We must recieve the deposit or payment in full to guarantee rate and availibility and your reservation.

Hi Anthony Your place is lovely, we had a great weekend. All the ladies were very impressed and appreciated how super clean your place was. Friday and Saturday were such beautiful days and we loved sitting out on your porch, and some of us had lovely walks on the beach. We’ll all keep your number and website and hopefully visit again. Kathy and Anthony Just liked to take a minute to tell you how much we enjoyed your home this week. It was perfect for what we wanted.My wife and son came down for a few days and really enjoyed it.I've have stayed at three houses on this block and this house is the best suited for my family. I really liked the interior of your house,especially the hardwood floors and the kitchen. I will definetly recommend this to any of my friends. Thanks for your hospitality. It was great to meet you in person on Friday, we very much enjoyed our week, and would like you to hold our deposit to reserve the 1st week of June for the 2009 Summer, I will let you know later in the year if we will do any additional weeks or use the upstairs as well. Thanks for renting to us and for such a nice clean house, and always answering my questions promptly it takes so much guess work and stress out of planning a vacation to have a reliable rental in place!
