John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park Established in 1963, was the first undersea park created in the United States. The park, combined with edjacent Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary encompasses 178 nautical square miles of coral reefs, seagrass beds and mangrove swamps. These areas were established to protect and preserve the only living coral reef in the continental United States, Sknorkeling: The living shallow-water coral reefs of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary are vibrant with color and activity. Our 2 1/2 hour snorkeling tours are strictly non-scuba for the comfort of our passengers. Diving: Divers from around the world visit John Pennnekamp State Park to explore the spectacular living reefs of the Florida Keys. Our PADI 5 Star Gold Palm IDC facility offers two-location, two-tank dives twice daily.

Rates: Preferable a Three (3) to six (6) month period, Please inquire about our Monthly special rates. Weekly Rentals will also be available 12.5% Tax will apply to short term rentals. $500.00 Security Deposit with Reservation and $250.00 cleaning fee. All cancellations most be made 60 days in advance for full refund. Security Deposit will be refunded with in 30 days from departure.
