This 2-bedroom condo is located on the top floor of Lincoln House, overlooking the central courtyard of the Village at Mammoth, and located just a few steps from the Village Gondola. Shops, restaurants, Village pool, Jacuzzis, and the fitness centers are also just a few steps away.The large balcony offers breathtaking views of the Sherwin mountain range and its dramatic sunsets. This upscale condo is beautifully furnished, and features a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, all with granite countertops. The master bedroom features a King size bed, the guest room a queen size bed, and the living room has a double sleeper sofa (sleeps 6). There are 3 flat screen TVs, 3 DVD players (1 Blu-Ray). Heating is electric as well as a gas fireplace in the living room. Included are telephones with free long distance calling anywhere in the USA and Canada. This unit has its own free high speed internet access, as well as a computer/monitor in the living room. No smoking is allowed. There is a reserved ski and snowboard locker in the lobby area (please bring a padlock). Please note that skis and snowboards are not allowed in the unit, as they scratch the walls). Sorry, pets are not allowed. One parking pass is provided for unassigned underground parking in the Village (there is no option for a second parking pass, due to the Village parking restrictions). Convenient shuttle buses stop by the Village, and can take you virtually anywhere in town.

The Village at Mammoth is the prime destination for skiing in the Eastern Sierras in the winter. Mountain biking and fishing are also extremely popular in the Spring, Summer and Fall. MMH airport now has daily flights from LAX all year, and from San Francisco, Santa Ana, San Diego between December and April, with more direct flight options planned for the near future.

About the owner: Marc and Erin Kayem purchased this beautiful unit in 2001, 2 years before construction of the Village at Mammoth was completed. Being from Montreal, and having seen Intrawest build Whistler, as well as turn Mont Tremblant into a world-class resort, Marc jumped in early and was no. 5 on the list to buy at the Village. He was able to get his first choice, a large 2-bedroom unit located on the top floor, and facing the central courtyard and gondola, and office breathtaking views of the Sherwin mountains. They have never looked back since, and continue to enjoy it personally once a month, all year long. We are proud of our condo, and are looking forward to sharing it with you.
Why the Owner Chose The Village: Having worked part-time as a physician in Mammoth Lakes since 1999, Dr. Marc decided to invest in the Village as soon as he heard about the project. Having been able to combine work, with family life and relaxation in such a pristine setting has been very rewarding experience throughout the years.
