We decided to rent this wonderful home for our "Family Christmas Get Together". We get together after the holidays and over "Martin Luther King Week-end", as it is less hectic with all of us now having children & grandchildren of our own. All throughout the process of checking into the rental of the home, staying there, & after checking out, it was nothing but a pleasure to work with Jodi! It felt like we had known each other for years. My husband even said, he thought we were long lost sisters! The home was big enough for us not to feel crowded at all. With having 3 separate living areas, there was spaces for the teens & younger people to hang out & watch movies or play games, a living area for the guys to watch football or us to watch TV, and a living area upstairs to just visit! The kitchen, dining area, & living room upstairs are all open giving so much more room to be together for meals and visiting! We would love to have this area in our own home for entertaining! We had plenty of bathrooms for our large group also. We would recommend this rental home to everyone. We just hope it is available when we need it again! We have already asked about it for next year! Thanks for the great hospitality and use of your home Jodi & Jim!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

One full week of true peace and quiet. My wives whole family stayed for a week following a wedding. Five families from Kentucky, Oregon, Florida, Iowa, and Minnesota all headed here the day after the wedding. Twenty people and three dogs. The home was beautiful and HUGE! More than enough room. The kitchen was fantastic and we never felt crowded. Many games of Bocci ball and Bean bags were played between hanging out on the porch or at the fire pit. It was the most memorable trip my family has ever been on. The best part is that the owners make you feel as if you were childhood friends making every effort to accommodate any and all needs you might have. We have rented cabins before, and this is the home by which the rest will be measured by. A true A+ home.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
