3BR/3BA CONDO RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Owned by Dean & Angela Allen. The sands of Gulf of Mexico is literally an elevator ride away! Come get away from it all. Relax on the balcony, which is HUGE with a dining patio set and loungers!
The living room and bedrooms all house flat screen televisions; so you can relax in the evenings with your favorite television shows.
Cook up a storm in the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel applainces. The fridge has filtered water/ice dispenser. All the utensils and cooking supplies you need were selected with care!
Get a great night's sleep in any one of our premium bedrooms.
The Master Suite hosts a king size bed, with premium mattress. It has its' own balcony access and private bathroom.
Queen Suite also has its' own bathroom. Extemely spacious room with luxurious Nordic Memory Sleeper Mattress.
Third bedroom has bathroom in adjacent hallway. 2 Double beds can comfortably accomodate 4 adults or children.
There is ample storage and closet space to accommodate month long visitors. Laundry room houses both washer and dryer, vaccuum, and other cleaning supplies for you needs!
Our location is one of the best on the beach! We are in a more quiet area which offers you great privacy. Yet, we are minutes away from the airport, and only 2 miles from Pier Park, a shopping/entertainment mecca.
Right on the beach behind the condo, you can rent jet skis, boats, parasail and more.
And being from the area, we have created our own Guide Book for you to use. Have at your fingertips the low down on where to get the best pizza, seafood, shopping, and more! Get a personalized wine tasting at the Panama City Beach Winery from my dad, Larry Honeycutt! We want to make your visit one to remember; and make our condo a place you will want to return year after year!

This condo exceeded all our expections. We invited a number of our Canadian friends to visit us and they all left " green with envy ". It is loaded for comfort and the owners can't do enough for you. Although, we did not need them, the security and maintenance staff are so polite and professional. The views of the magnificant beach are breathtaking. The location is very convenient to Pier Park and, what became our favourite restaurant.......Captain Andersons. Our thanks to Dean and Angela for their kindness and we look forward to returning next year.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing.

This property is for short term rentals only,we found is not suitable for snowbirds.Rooms were small,dishware and linen limited and sub-standard. ,Washer and dryer were small stacked units.Common areas were not maintained. Pool was unheated and steam room was shutdown. Pet owners were not cleaning up after their walks. Furniture was comfortable but had room limited lighting. We departed before our rental period expired.

Three moms visited for five nights for our "5th Annual Mom's Getaway"....it was probably the best accomodations we've ever enjoyed. The views were absolutely amazing. The sunsets were like photographs. The amenities and location of this property were great. Close enough for quick access to Pier Park but yet quiet and not congested on the beach. The owners were great to work with and answered all questions in a timely manner. We would like to stay here for our "6th Annual Mom's Getaway" but it appears she's already booked. We may have to adjust our trip because this is one of the nicest condos on the beach. I can't express how pleased were were on the cleanliness and furnishing/decor for the unit . The pics are just as the condo appears. I would definitely recommend this unit for a stay at the beach. As you can tell by looking at the calendar dates are going fast.

This is definitely a great place to stay. The immediate access to the beach was absolutely wonderful. The condo itself is roomy, well decorated, well equipped with everything from a couple to a family would need for a comfortable and fun stay. The view is stunning. Your balcony is huge and very comfortable and allows you to enjoy the beach without being on the beach. I also like the closeness of the Pier Park shopping and restaurant area which provides enough choices to satisfy any shopper or diner. Thanks for the experience. We will definitely be recommending this to our family and friends. We will return.

Just wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful our stay was at your condo in Panama City Beach. We were drawn in immediately with the photos you have on your page and we were not disappointed when we arrived. The condo is beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings and provides all the comforts and amenities of a home away from home . And the view!!! WOW, not only did we enjoy our feet being planted in the sand but we were able to enjoy the amazing sound and view of the ocean from inside as well. The patio provided additional living space and we took full advantage of it. We will be recommending your condo to all our friends and will definitely return to enjoy your little slice of heaven.
