  Beautiful condo at a great location! The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was so big and had everything we needed! The location was very close to shopping in PC and a short drive to San Destin. I would highly recommend this condo! You won't be disappointed!

  My family and I had the great fortune to stay at this incredible condo again. I can tell you, it was even better than I remember it from last year. The Allen's are fantastic people to work with!! The awesome experience includes AMAZING views of the beach, water and sunrise/sunset, great ammentities, and impressive decor. Everything is modern and well maintained/cleaned. Though Pier Park is very close and full of attractions and restaurants, my kids were just as happy cooking dinner in the well equipped kitchen and eating on the large balcony. We have no regrets or complaints and will definently be returning. You will not be disappointed! I hope you have an opportunity to experience the joy and relaxation this condo has to offer!

  This place is absolutely wonderful! The views from the balcony which is huge is breath taking when we got up to see the sun rise. It has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. And our master bedroom had a seperate door which led to the balcony to watch the sun come up or at night watch the boats ride by. The decor is very pretty.This condo also has a hot tub a pool and a sauna which we never been in until then. The location was perfect not to busy of a street but right on the main strip. The owners were very nice and gave us the heads up on the good restraunts which were excellent. Loved seeing the dolphins play. Can't wait to go back.

  A comfortable, clean and well-maintained unit that is tastefully decorated. The owners are patient and accommodating people who sought to make our stay a pleasant one. We especially liked the assigned parking space that came with the unit; sitting in an offset area, our car was not subject to dings from other car doors, or people being careless while loading. A big plus in our opinion. We would recommend this unit to others without hesitation.

  Beautiful condo. Have stayed here 2 years straight on a Mom's Getaway with friends and plan to stay here again in the future. Very clean, modern, beautifully furnished, etc, etc, etc! Awesome owner to work with, too! You will not be disappointed! We've stayed at many nice ones & this is our favorite!

  This is our 2nd time to rent this amazing condo...it is everything you imagined. We had awesome weather and the beach was specatcular and we were able to use the beach service which was included. This condo is by far the BEST in Panama City Beach area. It is conveniently located to Pier Park and very quiet. We drove to outlets in Destin for a nice drive. This condo would be my choice if I was purchasing one. The owners are very great to work with. I'm hoping we can rent next year for our 7th Annual Mom's Getaway...it just doesn't get any better than this condo...the only thing we could hope for is a LONGER stay....we miss the beach when we leave!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  This condo exceeded all our expections. We invited a number of our Canadian friends to visit us and they all left " green with envy ". It is loaded for comfort and the owners can't do enough for you. Although, we did not need them, the security and maintenance staff are so polite and professional. The views of the magnificant beach are breathtaking. The location is very convenient to Pier Park and, what became our favourite restaurant.......Captain Andersons. Our thanks to Dean and Angela for their kindness and we look forward to returning next year.

  This property is for short term rentals only,we found is not suitable for snowbirds.Rooms were small,dishware and linen limited and sub-standard. ,Washer and dryer were small stacked units.Common areas were not maintained. Pool was unheated and steam room was shutdown. Pet owners were not cleaning up after their walks. Furniture was comfortable but had room limited lighting. We departed before our rental period expired.

  Three moms visited for five nights for our "5th Annual Mom's Getaway"....it was probably the best accomodations we've ever enjoyed. The views were absolutely amazing. The sunsets were like photographs. The amenities and location of this property were great. Close enough for quick access to Pier Park but yet quiet and not congested on the beach. The owners were great to work with and answered all questions in a timely manner. We would like to stay here for our "6th Annual Mom's Getaway" but it appears she's already booked. We may have to adjust our trip because this is one of the nicest condos on the beach. I can't express how pleased were were on the cleanliness and furnishing/decor for the unit . The pics are just as the condo appears. I would definitely recommend this unit for a stay at the beach. As you can tell by looking at the calendar dates are going fast.

  This is definitely a great place to stay. The immediate access to the beach was absolutely wonderful. The condo itself is roomy, well decorated, well equipped with everything from a couple to a family would need for a comfortable and fun stay. The view is stunning. Your balcony is huge and very comfortable and allows you to enjoy the beach without being on the beach. I also like the closeness of the Pier Park shopping and restaurant area which provides enough choices to satisfy any shopper or diner. Thanks for the experience. We will definitely be recommending this to our family and friends. We will return.
