Beautiful 3bdrm 3bath condo with east and west facing decks. It is a perfect setting for families, a gorup of skiers, or a romantic weekend for couples!
This townhouse/condo features wonderful views! Master and second bedroom are located on the top floor and each have their own attached private full bathrooms and tv's.
The third bedroom is located on the lower level and the bathroom is located on the main floor. This room is a little more removed from the other two bedrooms which makes it great for kids. There are also two hot tubs for the complex located within about 100 yards from the condo, with access coded doors. Only owners and tennants are allowed in. This unit also has its own full size washer and dryer located on the second floor.
The condo is within six miles of Keystone and A Basin ski resorts. Nine miles from Breckenridge ski resort. There is also a free bus system summit stage. It will take you to all ski resorts or other places in between. You can catch this bus right in front of the Starbucks in the shopping center within walking distance from the condo.

Perfect Ski Cabin
We had a great time at this cabin. Minutes from Keystone. Great views of Dillon Lake and the Mountains. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, knives and even spices and condiments. Beds are very comfortable. Great layout for two families to share or for groups of teenagers. The heated floors are great for kids to sleep on.

The location of this property was ideal, as it is within walking distance to a grocery store and several other stores. The pictures on the rental does not do it justice, as we found it to be better than the pictures shown. I would love to stay here again, and am definitely recommending it to others.

Spring Break w/ Friends & Fam!
Upon arrival, we knew we chose a great place to stay due to the location. Shopping, restaurants, movies, etc... was right there. We had no issues getting inside and due to its welcoming qualities, we made ourselves at home right away. Multiple baths and a large living space made it easy for everyone. Only after a few falls resulting in bruises from snowboarding all day, did the stairs become an issue. LOL! Other than that, we loved the place. Only 15-20 minutes from multiple ski resorts made it easy for traveling. The best place to eat in town for breakfast, lunch, & dinner is the Arapahoe Cafe, hands down! It's pretty much across the street. Our host was very helpful with any questions I had and returned calls or emails as soon as she was able. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place...hope I can come again!

It is so beautiful here all year round and there are so many things to do.Anything from skiing in the winter to hiking or just sitting enjoying the mountian air with coffee, wine or a bottle of water. Why the Owner Chose Lookout Ridge:
Location, Location, Location!! This is a great location along with being a great condo. It is so close(within 6 miles) to all ski resorts. Copper Mountian Ski resort is also close within 20 minutes on I70 West and about 30 minutes for Vail. The Silverthorne outlets are about 2 miles away down the hill. There is a Starbucks within 1/2 mile that I walk to every morning that I am up there, in the same shopping complex there are several shops from Fed EX to Smashburger, Liqour stores and a King Soopers grocery store. The town of Dillon is within walking distance too. They have an ampitheater with summer concerts on the lake. The Jersey boys pizza place is to a great place too and they deliver! If you want to work off the pizza there is a basketball court open to the public right in front of the place ;) Dillon also has lots of outdoor activities and fun things to do. For the indoor type there is a bowling alley there too, hahaha!! All the locals are very friendly and helpful.

The condo has a great view of lake Dillon and the mountian range. It also has an open east facing deck and a covered west facing deck. You can get the morning and afternoon sun as well.
