The beachside location the apartment is fantastic the back entrance opens directly onto the sand dunes which lead directly to the beautiful beach. There is a nice beach restaurant just a five minute strolll from the apartment ideal for lunch or dinnner or a refreshing drink.The beach stretches in one direction towards elviria and the other to marbella a lovely walk in either direction..he apartment is great and so comfortable it really did not feel like a rental property everything you need is there and very clean too.The complex has lovely gardens and a very nice swimming pool. The ground floor being ideal for easy pool / beach and .car park access.Excellent restaurants nearby with taxis readily available but I would recommend car hire as there is much to see and do in the area there is a shopping complex a five minute drive from the apartment So it is a perfect apartment in a great location we had a great holiday and would stay at this apartment again

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This apartment was a haven - beautifully situated surrounded by mature gardens, two pools and a short step to the beach. Conveniently located for access to Marbella, the airport, local shops and restaurants, I would highly recommend as a holiday destination, a place for tranquil lazy days - either at the pool or longer days spent on the beach. Marbella is the icing on the cake for evenings out, with its numerous restaurants and beautiful shops. An ideal place for a family, ladies away, or a couple wanting to have a holiday to remember.

We are at home now. We have past two nice weeks at Las Arenas. The resort is wonderful and Mr. Behand apartment is excellent. Perhaps next year we could go again. Best regards. Isabel

JUST WANTED TO WRITE YOU AND JOE A QUICK NOTE TO SAY THANK YOU. WE ARE NOW HOME AND THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR HOLIDAY. THE APARTMENT WAS VERY NICE AND LOCATED IN SUCH A PLEASANT SETTING. THANKS AGAIN. ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO LET YOU KNOW HOW VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL INEZ AND PAUL WERE. THE COT FOR THE BABY WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND WE ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY WAY WE COULD GET A COUPLE EXTRA PILLOWS AND PAUL DELIVERED THEM THE NEXT DAY! IN ADDITION WE WERE HAVING SOME TROUBLE WITH THE PHONE WE BOUGHT IN PORTUGAL AND PAUL LOANED US A PHONE TO USE. I JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW THIS AND ASK YOU IF YOU COULD LET THEM BOTH KNOW HOW MUCH WE APPRECIATED ALL THEIR HELP. ALSO THE STAFF THERE WERE VERY HELPFUL--ESPECIALLY MIGUEL AND ANTONIO. Hi, Fiona Now that we are back home we are reflecting on our trip and the lovely time we spent in the apartment in Marbella. Thank you for your patience in organising our stay – it was just ‘what the doctor ordered’ – a welcome, relaxing break in lovely surroundings, after travelling for some 3 weeks. Our only regret was that we couldn’t find any English speaking channels on the TV, but as Paul explained, this was due to the current change-over to digital TV broadcasts. We can certainly recommend this apartment to any of our friends – it has tranquil surroundings and is well away from the ‘buzz’ of Puerto Banus.
