Leave the stress behind…this is resort living! Free standing home located in the beautiful gated community of Palmira Golf and Country Club. This home is loaded with many amenities. Rest and enjoy the incredible water view and the golf course’s signature hole from the extended screened-in lanai with gorgeous free form heated pool and spa.
The entire home is newly painted and decorated. The home boasts an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has upgraded maple cabinetry, granite countertops, rich tile backsplash and opens up to the great room with high ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fan and custom tile living area. The pool and spa are controlled from a push button control panel. There is high-speed wireless internet and phone with free domestic calls. There is a flat screen 3D TV which has cable and internet access so you can watch free streaming Netflix movies. The 3D Blu-ray DVD player will allow you to watch 3D movies in high definition. There is also a Bose IPod/IPhone dock in the living room so you can listen to your favorite music.
Master suite has a tray ceiling with fan, patio doors for access to the lanai, flat screen TV, 2 spacious walk-in closets, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, large bathtub for relaxing, double sinks and vanity as well as its own linen closet fully stocked with high quality linens.
Your guests or family will be more than comfortable in the 2 guest bedrooms. One has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and double closet. The other has twin beds, ceiling fan, desk, chair and printer. There is a second linen closet in the main area that also has quality linens as well as pool/beach towels. You will have full use of the two car garage and laundry room with full size washer/dryer and utility sink.
You need to bring only your clothes and toiletries. We have all the rest. If you would like to spend the day at the beach we've got you covered. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler in the garage. The rental includes access to Palmira's Renaissance Center which includes a lagoon style resort pool and spa with a waterfall, lap pool, fitness facility, spa amenities which include massages, facials and pedicures. Relax and enjoy lunch at the poolside cafe.
Home is professionally landscaped and the pool is cleaned and inspected weekly.
This rental does not have golf privileges.

This is the first time we rented a house using this website or without seeing it in advance so needless to say, we were very nervous on our drive from NH to Fl. The minute we walked in we knew we made the right decision. All the rooms were a good size and a nice open living room/kitchen area with a full sliding door system onto to lanai was perfect. Even though we never met the owners, we traded emails in order to explain a few things at the house and they were very responsive. Palmira is one of the nicer gated communities we saw. The grounds were meticulous and everyone was very friendly. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Who ever rents this homes in the future won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
