This condo is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable...and the view...WOW! Easy access to everything including garage parking and elevator access. There is nothing missing.....Jim even provides beach chairs(5)! I will definitely call you again Jim and tell all my friends! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

My husband and I visited Destin with our two school aged children over spring break. We were nervous about booking a condo on-line as have had trouble in the past. Speaking with Jim for the first time, I felt immediately comfortable. The booking went smoothly. Picking up the keys was easy. FYI - address where you pick up the keys is not the same as the condo. That was our only mistake which was easy to figure out. When we walked into the condo we were immediately pleased. It is very nicely finished. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was clean and extremely well stocked. We cooked in most nights and were not missing anything. The view from the deck was awesome and much better than we expected. We enjoyed sitting out and hearing the ocean. The beach is the nicest I have ever been to and on a couple of occasions we saw dolphins swimming by. We would love to return to Destin one day and would not hesitate to book this condo again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We spent a terrific week at this beautiful condo. Obviously very well cared for, it is gorgeous, immaculate, and was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach is easily accessible and made for some wonderful walks during our stay. The pool area is clean, spacious and lovely. We also enjoyed great views from the balcony. In addition, there are wonderful restaurants nearby and great places to shop. The owner and managers were remarkably pleasant, accommodating, and great to work with. We had a terrific stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

Listing description was accurate. The furniture in the living room was actually nicer than the photo.. It was very clean. I would frecommend this property to a friend. The person in charge of the listing was very helpful and easy to contact.Recommended for: Age 55+.
