  I was fortunate to spend 4 relaxing weeks at this fabulous beach house in Beverly Beach. The routine consisted of watching the pelicans riding the waves in the morning and perform fly overs several times during the afternoon hours. The beach daisies and abundance of sea birds provided many photographic opportunities. One member of our group was lucky enough to catch a right whale breaching close to shore. The dolphins passed by every morning. We rode bikes, played golf and I took several pottery classes in Flagler Beach. We found affordable seafood restaurants in Flagler and good brick oven pizza in the Hammocks. The house was comfortable and accurately depicted in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house and hope to return soon!

  We did have a good holiday and enjoyed beautiful weather. The beach house is well located and has a fantastic view of the ocean and beach. The beach side of the property is ill kept and is full of burrs which readily attached to our two doxies. There is lawn on both properties abutting the property which is much more welcome and esthetic. Both our dogs have had their monthly Revolution medication which is a topical medication to protect against heartworm and fleas. I was not protected and had several flea bites that I believe were in the rug. There were also roaches in the beach house. As to a gourmet kitchen one would expect a well stocked area for cooking. This was not the case as it lacked good cookware and some major utensils. There are plenty of beach topys for children and books and games for rainy days.

  We greatly enjoyed our stay. You couldn't ask for better views to wake up to. The.location.was perfect.forour participation in the annual Right Whale survey. We hope to return next year!

  We had a fantastic stay at this property. The owner is very easy to work with; plus 2 days after we left he has already refunded our deposit. The house is extremely clean and modernly furnished. It does not feel like a rental, everything inside is of really good quality. Very safe, spacious and kid friendly floor plan, my 1o month old was all over the place and loved it. View is absolutely gorgeous; needless to say we spent most of the time on the patio, listening to the ocean. Location is great too, within walking distance to the Java Joint, a great breakfast place. 3 miles South is Wickline Park, a cute public park with tennis courts, playground and a really nice boardwalk. Near the park is The Flagler Fish Co, a must for sea food lovers. We very much enjoy the house and the area, and we plan on coming back.

  This is a fabulous little beach house. Perfect size for our family of 5. Clean, with everything you could need. Also a few extras we enjoyed like the bikes, body boards, outdoor furniture and grill. Photos and description were very accurate. It was quiet this time of year and we loved it, like having the beach and ocean to ourselves!! Saw a few dolphins and lots of birds. The beach is a shell collectors dream! The owner was friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. We would definitely come back here again!

  We've rented oceanfront homes before, but none were this close, which was a huge plus with 3 children all under 3. There were 6 of us and plenty of room. The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The beach was very nice as well, middle of July and hardly anyone around. We even got to see baby turtles make their way down to the water. We had a blast using the boogie boards. We're already talking about our next trip down. Thank you for a very memorable vacation!!!

  I just can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was! The house was nice, clean & exactly what you see in the pictures!! You practically have your own private beach, instead of renting a hotel room for the same price and having to share an overcrowded beach. The view was Amazing!!! We seen dolphins every morning & evening :) Local restaurants & shops are just down the road from this great rental too... Everything is close enough to be very convenient but down the road enough you are not bothered with it! :) Gary, the owner was so nice, helpful & honest... & he had already refunded our security deposit two days after we left. We are already looking forward to renting this property again in the future!

  I echo the other reviewer's comments - this rental house is beautiful and in a great location. The layout is very conducive to relaxing as a family. The decorations are tasteful and the beds comfortable. We really enjoyed using the big kitchen island for both eating and for putting puzzles together. The adult-sized bikes were a plus - we rode our bikes to the Java Joint for breakfast (very close and highly recommended). The beach is lovely and private, and it was such a treat for our kids to be able to walk out of the back door and hit the sand with no street in between the house and the water. One point to be aware of is that there is no internet connection. This is not a complaint - the owner let us know ahead of time. It was actually kind of great to unplug for a week. Free wifi is available at the Java Joint. We were there during a tropical storm and the house was secure and comfortable throughout. My kids are still sad that we had to leave! The owner responded to communications and refunded our security deposit quickly. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

  From the moment I arrived in Beverly Beach, I was enchanted with the area. The home is wonderfully remodeled and situated on a private stretch of beach with panoramic ocean views from every room in the house. Eloquently decorated, the home feels like a boutique hotel. The mattresses were extra comfortable and a joy to rejuvenate any traveler after a day at the beach. The surrounding area has delicious restraunts, world class golf and all the shopping you can afford! The owner is very pleasant to work with and I can't believe the value offerred. While most beach rentals seem to want top dollar and invest none in the property, this home is a rare find. Amazing beachfront property, georgeous views and tastefull furnishings put this at the top of my list as a vacation destination. Thanks for letting me stay. " I'll be back "

  Loved it , the setting was beautiful and serene. Dolphins in the AM. Drinks on the beach in the PM. What a Fantastic vacation!!!! Can"t wait to return" Thanks !!!!!!!!
